So some internet troll raped the babysitter, stole Cryptsy's bitcoins, then prevented us from getting them back by his evil trolling plots. Vernon, Nettles, Horus, Cryptocracker and all the cronies are innocent as a newborn lamb, we were led astray by the troll's nefarious deeds. Shame on us for falling to his tactics, we apologize deeply, and now that the troll has been uncovered we just wait eagerly for our moneys to be returned in no time. I'm rather sure the judges, FBI and the IRS are going to have as little fun as I have skimming through these new developments. Don't wonder much about the psychopath's never ending stunts, they can be very imaginative.
Just don't listen to them, reckon that your funds are completely lost. And hope at least authorities hammer them like they deserve.

Let's see. A "hacker" steals coins. Sits on those coins for a year and a half. For some inexplicable reason decides to return them for a bounty. Signs a "contract". Doesn't return the coins but starts trolling and puppeting. At which point was there a "chance" and who ruined it? A very popular excuse among piece of shit scammers but every single one of them fails to explain how a "troll" can possibly prevent a $10m deal from happening. And what happened to your real account, forgot the password?

Are you serious? Or just trying to bring levity to the situation? Have you even read this thread? And now Gleb is a suspect. SHUT UP LEROY. Paul Vernon, Marshall Long, Nicholas Mullesch... these are the thieves. No un-named forum asshat, Gleb or yourself included, has anything to do with that. And it really sucks for anyone who invested with you that when Cryptsy went tits-up so did StakeMiners, but anyone with half a brain avoided that Ponzi mess in the first place too. Go be angry in a corner by yourself if you don't have anything relevant to contribute. Maybe you'll think of a way to pay back the BTC that YOU owe to people.

Cyberpinoy is Leroy Fodor, known scammer, the latest being his StakeMiners insolvent piece of junk. Gleb has proven he's a liar and a thief and this is his attempt to discredit Gleb. I wouldn't waste your time on anything Leroy aka cyberpinoy is trying to prove as he currently owes his own investors a nice little pile of BTC he can't produce. Im not so sure about that. Theres quite abit of proof in that thread. Pictures say a 1000 words and there are many links to other proofs. So you personally stand up and vouch for this self admitted child rapist who worked for one of the biggest scam businesses in the industry? What a fuckin' moron. Let's do this real simple, fuck for brains. You show definitive proof that I raped at least one child - boy or girl or retard - OR worked for BFL (safely assuming that's what you're alluding to), then I demand of theymos to lock all my accounts on this forum. Fair enough, bud? Until then, eat a bag of dicks. And, because I'm a nice guy and all, I'll make your task much easier by supplying you the link where you can find the 1099 that BFL sent me for the subcontracting work I supposedly performed: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=150803.msg10406309#msg10406309

I don't get into pissing contests with brand new accounts with 10 posts, Leroy. This thread isn't about Gleb, it's about Cryptsy and Paul Vernon and his cronies taking people BTC. You posted your link to the other thread, now move on. The title of this thread says its about locking accounts and a class action suit. The stolen coins came later. I have now read all 300+ pages of this thread and find 1000 different peoples opinions, a ton of insinuations but not one bit of proof of what you just said. Well, here is MY opinion. This Gleb Gamo , Bruno Kucinkas, Phinnaeus Gage. Could have as much to do with the theft as anyone. He seems to be the one trying the hardest to lead ppl away from what actually happened at Cryptsy. Here we have a person who claims to have ability to return those coins and yet again instead of trying to facilitate that, your buddy again is in the mix trying to move the conversation from where it should be focused. The question in my mind is why. With his past history my theory of him possibly stealing those coins are as good as any other ive heard here Okay, Cryptolicious caught the tatter. I guess the gig is up. Yes, Cryptolicious is %100 correct. I am the hacker, but I am not a thief, proof being that I didn't spend the coins. I will now return %100 of the coins back to Paul Vernon provided he comes here and gives me another bitcoin wallet address to return them to because I don't trust the one last one he provided because it can be hacked according to Leroy Fodor. If ONLY one person doesn't accept my apologies, then I will blow my brains out provided I can still bend down that far to reach my 6cm Lugan dick.

Dude, you are so fucked up in the head if you honest believe that I can ruin any chances of you and others in getting your precious returned. Since you read this entire thread, you, of all people, should be well versed by now that I've been instrumental in uncovering Paul Vernon et al. past, including the first to pen about his mansion purchase there in Florida, not to mention ALL the forensics centered around the ALL the hacked bitcoins related to the event. That said, I suggest you now go and blow your fuckin' brains out because you've proven beyond shadow of doubt that you're useless to society. If you're too scared to do it yourself, kindly provide your vitals so some other can do it for you. And, if this pisses you off causing you to want to rid me, simply search for "6586" under my nym on this forum to reveal ALL my true vitals, thus knowing exactly where to find me.

So 10 days left to return customer funds or likely lose control of the company entirely. Tick tock... Company? There is no company. It is now just a huge pile of debt with everyone working there suspected to be involved somehow in the scam. He would be lucky to get rid of it now... would you really deposit more funds? Nice, I called it! Some employees may be retained in a receivership but Paul will most definitely be ousted. A company in receivership (that continues to operate) cannot directly pay off old debtors but I don't believe that will apply to people with coins stuck on cryptsy...perhaps it will but the argument can be made users with coins on cryptsy are not debtors. I believe a receivership tries to obtain whatever value is left in a company by either continuing to run or liquidating it's assets to pay off debtors from the failed entity. Debtors may or may not be people with coins on cryptsy.

Just read the tweet...the receiver has been identified: http://www.sallahcox.com/james-d-sallah-esq.htmlEdit: As bad as this situation is there is a TON of value left in Cryptsy. It is foreseeable that it can continue to operate under new management. The bad management by the current team should not reflect on new future owners/operators. Yes, it will be difficult to overcome the stigma left with what occurred to get them to this point but as a whole the only downfall was the (supposed) theft of funds.

so to anyone who has been watching the whole Eternal Insolent and Cryptcracker show in the other thread, they are the same person. This was posted for about two min and then deleted: Eternal Insolent posted saying that he was making another dispatch news post today and they and paul had talked to Eternal Insolent and that a resolution was near. However they logged in as Eternal Insolent by mistake when it was posted. It was deleted right after, but there it is... clear as you need. Nice catch ! Although it won't form an anagram of anything as interesting, I suggest an account rename to Eternal Incompetent

We at Bitcoin.com do hope that funds are returned to their rightful owners and exchanges incidents such as this cease to exist. I dont think incidents like this will cease to exist, thanks to human innovation and the massive honeypot incentive that a large exchange gives to every person knowledge of loopholes to attack with. Not just Cryptsy but I think the whole blockchain standard comes into danger when its chucked into one place, we seem to have that problem with bitcoin in general. Its so industralised now and scaled up beyond back room operations that the threat is from itself really. We can call out bad people and avoid them but really this amount of coins or hash power in one place is going to cause problems and losses and upset like we got here. Its not a one off, thats all Im saying big Vern isnt the sole cause whether you like him or not is irrelevant. Right this moment Im sure people are looking to replicate this attack elsewhere, does shapeshift avoid this by lining up contracts not holding the funds itself Im not sure

Hes going to ruin any chance of us getting our coins returned.
There was never a chance to get them back this way. Think it over.... Think this way, for a million dollar bounty he would have returned the coins the same day and been done with it and moved on to his /her new life. I personally don't know anyone who would not have done exactly that. Tempting as it would be to just take the stolen coins, there would be people tracking them and the chance to get caught would go up. This was simply a troll to get the masses fired up, nothing more... and its over now.

They do to some extent. Even if shapeshift has to hold some reserves for faster trading that's still far less than when users start treating an exchange as an online wallet. However Cryptsy's issue - if we believe the official story, which is shaky at best - wasn't really the centralized nature of the exchange. It was the sheer stupidity of holding 10k+ BTC in "warm" wallets. Any properly operating exchange should not sacrifice security for convenience and should not put more funds at risk than is absolutely necessary to keep in the hot wallet at any given time. Which can still become a big issue if it goes unnoticed for a long period, e.g. Bitstamp hack, so obviously it has to be done with all sorts of other alerts and precautions,
