well looky here folks!
cryptsy just made the A list on class action  law suits!

https://topclassactions.com/lawsuit-settlements/lawsuit-news/497311-cryptsy-cryptocurrency-class-action-settlement/

reason why i noticed is this website has made me over $500 and counting
(all converted to bitcoin of course) just by filing a claim on any of em that don't
require proof of purchase and bingo! check in the mail a few months later
after you've forgot about it. yeah of course the lawyers clean up but hey,
why not get in on the action even if it is chump change. takes all of 2 minutes to file.
i just got a $105 check in mail  outta the blue yesterday.... sweeeeeet!!.

How am I supposed to remember which date I purchased these bitcoins which were transferred from another wallet to the cryptsy account..

You have to train your memory.. Wink or..
- Keep seperated wallets to trade on different exchanges. (Unique BTC address for every exchange)
- Take and save screenshots of your deposit wallets from every exchange.

Otherwise, little chance of finding this transaction.

In other words, I'm fucked? All I got is an email from cryptsy replying that they were working on my bitcoin transactions.

YUP!

Everyone with coins at Cryptsy got f*cked.

Your only hope is to file a claim to the best of your memory.

Okay, I guess I need to apologize to Paul Vernon. Me's sorry! Don't know what came over me. Perhaps too much coffee. Surely, when a venerable site like ReviewAPenny gives an A+ rating to a site administered by the venerated Paul Vernon (BigVern), I'm the one that has to be totally off my rocker.  Cry Cry Cry That said, again, please accept my apology, Mr. Vernon. Thank you.

YOU BASTARD! I apologized and everything.  Tongue Tongue Tongue

Again, that's how Paul Vernon rolls. HAHAHA

So to try to lessen the damage, Paul Vernon, or one of his goons, tried tearing Amanda a new asshole: http://www.pennyauctionwatch.com/2011/02/reviewapenny-com-foopile-penny-auction/

I dont know Amanda Whats going on here, are you fishing here or what? Who owns PAW? No one really knows that either.

Not sure why you go after every little site that comes up as if its some conspiracy and then you hope its bad so you can get what ever satisfaction from it. Maybe this site is just copying PAW or wanting to make some income on the side, doesn’t mean something is wrong does it? Pointing out domains, alexa rankings etc doesn’t mean a whole lot. Sure it seems fishy but if we looked at your other sites that in the past have different names but you use this site as your main site only means that you are smart with SEO and building rankings and traffic. Does this mean we should all ask you whats going on here? My answer would be NO!

Why dont you do stories on all the sites that advertise on this site, and write why you think consumers complain about penny auctions in general, including those that advertise on this site, and there advertising history, BBB complaints, online complaints. Is it because they lose, or because the site sucks, or what else it could be, Why do people chargeback, where is consumer responsibility, How many penny auction sites are there, etc etc.

Would love your opinion on it all

I'm willing to bet that Paul Vernon most likely almost severed his dick from his person due squeezing too tight during strokes when he stumbled upon Bitcoin and seeing BTC signs.

Ya Thanh Phung you're Foopile fucked ..Amanda style.
Hey DCGirl how come you stopped posting here about how ole Vern is such a stand up guy ?
What about the rest of you claiming FUD & Slander .. where's mah lawsuit at bruh ?

That's right.. fuckin' little fraud's can sit the fuck down and shut the fuck up !
And all you pricks who wandered around brown nosing Cryptsy can blow me.. hide pricks !
Don't be Stakeminers around on my watch bucko !
Or i will Bitebi9.com you in the ass bro !

So what does Bitebi9.com stand for anyway ? Is that Chinese for, Fuck You Idiots gimme more of your money .com ?

and... they are ALL still HERE doin' teh crypto'z makin' teh ROI'z  Roll Eyes

Is there any way to find a Cryptsy wallet address among my transfers from my btc wallet? I feel like the information for when I first transferred coins to the site is available, I just have no idea how to discern it from my other bullshit transfers.

wow! thanx for that link. very interesting

I just bumped it over to the unobtanium thread and surprisingly it was news to them.
Apparently some lucky bastard scored Vern's stash of 15080 stolen UNO for $5000. That's less than a quarter of current market value.
I put in a lowball buy order in case buyer decides to dump.

"Big" "Perv Vern" must have thought we all had screenshots and perfect memories of every transaction, when he wiped the servers.

/S

I kept an Excel Spreadsheet of every trade I did on Cryptsy to eight (Cool decimal places.

That coupled with my screenshots (which everyone here at the time was talking about)

Should get me pennies on the Dollar Sad

Ah yes Dash. I had 266 of them on Cryptsy in 2015.

Then, I sold them and started trading XRP.

Today's Value: $22402.52 USD....Go Figure...
