Coinbase  .if you buy Btc in coinbase
N send to gambling websites or blacklisted wallet you may get ban or get jail ride .( drugs , hitman ,  create fake or duplicate ID of authority, most important
money laundry  )
How coinbase stake your wallet 2 wallet .also they watching your all action in bitcoin

It not matter it your bitcoin or how you use or spend , no Right to claimed coinbase

dont use coinbase as a wallet. buy your coin, send it to your own wallet. from there send it to wherever.

i use coinbase to buy and sell. its linked to a bank account. i buy, i transfer it out to my wallet asap. i sell i send it directly to my bank. i give my accountant a spreadsheet with all coinbase buys and sell, he figures taxes out and i pay it,

works fine for me.

Never received a confirmation email from the receivers either, should I resubmit?

Looking at xrp today just makes me depressed... Angry

Hopefully what goes around comes around, Vern and his crew can't hide from karma forever.

Finally submitted my claim. Only  transaction detail I had namecoin deposit. I had to recover old namecoin wallet.dat. Me being too stupid deleted all my wallet.dat that stored transaction details of other currencies.

I sent my claim form PDF and screenshots 21 February. I wonder when they will contact again

I had 111,000 XRP, was in between trades, when it Cryptsy Ceased Trading.

Right now it would be worth $50,000 CAD Sad

I know, what-ifs don't count.

I submitted my documents online on May 14th, 2017 and received acknowledgement yesterday (May 15th, 2017). If your online submission was successful you will see a case number when you complete submission. You can email them quoting your case number and ask for status. It also does not hurt to submit again. Tomorrow is the last date!

Even if they track him down the govt have Nfi how to recover the funds, they never return anything to the original holders anyway.

Just like any other ponzi scam the govt keep the funds Vern goes to a country club for few years as a white collar criminal and drinks pina coladas on the beach as he siphons the wallets afterwards.

It is ok for the govt to tax everyone into oblivion and chase you for a few hundred you claimed as write offs after paying 40% + income tax but trying to find a thief who stole millions they are not even interested.

The govt know every phone call, internet web page and credit transaction you do now.

I find it strange none of cryptsy employees know anything, where are they, no one has any credit card references to travel logs, receipts or passport records?

Yeah right he just vanished into the ether like fricking Keyser Soze.

What an absolute load of BS...
