1) Use different password for all of your big bucks BTC and your spending money, try to minimize 3rd party exposure with big bucks BTC 2) For sign in use different password 3) Don't buy a house, previous owner knows exactly how much money you've atleast had to buy the house 4) Don't buy a car, dealer knows exactly how .... 5) When buying food, always try to pay the exact amount required, because otherwise the teller knows the amount of change you are carrying. Luckily for human kind, most of them like to brag about how much they've got. But an interesting question nonetheless, it should be fairly simple to sign a transaction offline using Trezor somehow...and broadcast it using your own full node. Sombody just has to write a couple of lines of code. But now for the bigger problem, how are we going to protect our privacy at the bank, so that people that work at the bank don't stare all night at parties, because they know exactly how much money you've got too. 0) Broadcast Trezor transactions with a wallet that protects your xpub information 1) Forget steps 1-5 That would indeed be the ideal solution Shall we give the Bitcoin CEO a call?

I decided to no longer use a signature, because people were trolling me about it.

You don't sell the metal/aluminum version any more? If so...let me know, very interested.
Thanks.

Is there a wallet Trezor works with now that does protect xpub information?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=122438.msg11909710#msg11909710You would also need to setup an Electrum wallet configured with network settings that will access your personal Electrum server exclusively. You're responsible for all your own mistakes if you attempt to do all this.

It looks like if using myTrezor.com through Firefox I am unable to select inputs. Am I missing some hidden options or would my best bet be to use Electrum? I already use Electrum as my "day to day" wallet, however it looks to be in need of an update and obviously synced with the device.

If you already use electrum it's just the step of enabling trezor plugin and creating a new "hardware wallet". Then you have full electrum coin control features with your trezor wallet.

Can somebody point me to the list of all the other coins supported by Trezor, other than bitcoin. Does something like that even exists?
Thanks guys and keep up a good work.

Encompass wallet - Litecoin and DASH as well as Bitcoin http://doc.satoshilabs.com/trezor-apps/I wasn't aware this was possible with a trezor. It's great as those are the two coins I would want supported. Monero too, but that's a different kettle of fish!

I couldn't help myself. It's sad that the development of the monero firmware for trezor has stopped. I hope someone picks it up soon, because using Monero with Trezor would be heaven

When "homeland security" raided our house they took several Trezors still in the original packages that I had planned to give away for Christmas presents. Yesterday we got back all of our stuff (computers, cell phones, Trezors, etc.) and most of the seized Bitcoins (there was a paperwork snag on some of the Bitcoins that were supposed to be returned - should be worked out by next week). I fired up one of the new Trezors out of the box, updated the firmware, and then transferred the returned BTC to the new Trezor. I then sent a 5 BTC to our donation web site ( www.burtw.com and www.jmwagner.com) in order to pay some outstanding bills we have. Finally, my question: All of my transactions into the Trezor showed up as confirmed as soon as they got confirmed, however the send transaction (through Coinbase at our donation web sites) took hours to show up as confirmed in the myTrezor wallet even though it had many, many confirmation on blockchain.info It did not cause any issues, I was just wondering if anyone else has seen this weird delay. BTW: Homeland Security was storing all the seized Bitcoins on a Trezor that they either purchased or seized from someone else!

Our family was terrorized by Homeland Security. Read all about it here: http://www.jmwagner.com/ and http://www.burtw.com/ Any donations to help us recover from the $300,000 in legal fees and forced donations to the Federal Asset Forfeiture slush fund are greatly appreciated!
