Thank you for addressing my issue. Can you give me some clarification on what being on the support list means, when will our issue be resolved, and will we be refunded the value of the coins we have lost? When i placed my order the price was roughly $156. It has risen almost $20 resulting in a $60 loss.

It means I have submitted a support ticket for you and I will be able to give you limited status of your issue while our other support agents work on your issue.  Sorry I can't realistically give any ETAs at the moment.  If you disagree with your order for whatever reason when you get it then we will open up another ticket with your new issue.  One step at a time.  Cheesy

In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

i did a cash deposit into my mtgox account and the money is not there after an hour. i've had 4 flawless transactions where the money is in my account within 5 minutes, but also 2 transactions that have taken hours. can someone please look into this problem for me and help my money get in my mtgox account? i emailed zipzap asking for transaction details and should have them shortly. pm me if you need info about me to resolve this. if i wanted to wait for my bitcoins i'd use alternative options. i use bitinstant because it's supposed to be instant i might reconsider next time because of all this

Hi Superhero!, My BitInstant cash dep that an email confirmation SAID completed but no-showed at MtGoX was on Apr 03,2013 pushing 5 days now. I have many successful deposits before and after so 90% happy with BitInstant. But getting NO response anywhere to date on 1 failure isn't good. How about adding an autoreply with a ticket number and queue/estimated time to attention. Note:I haven't posted at Facebook.

I have tried to manually put in the coupon after I learned how; but it errors as "used or invalid".

Hey BitInstant,

I made a cash deposit at Walmart using MoneyGram > ZipZap > BitInstant on this date (2013/04/07).

I received a "Successful ZipZap Payment" email at 06:01PM CST.  My BitInstant confirmation page said I could expect my BTC guaranteed within one hour.  It has now been nearly four hours.  I'm curious what the status of my deposit is.  Are my coins still coming?  Is my money lost?  

At the time of my ZipZap payment, the USD price per BTC was approx $161/BTC.  Now the price is currently $174/BTC.  What is going on, if my transaction goes through, what rate will I receive?

I completed my MoneyGram order to ZipZap at CVS nearly twenty four hours ago. My order is currently stuck on:

Hi, I also am having a problem with receiving the coins from a cash transaction through moneygram.

I went back in my browser history to the quote page, and if that worked correctly this is the information:

I don't know if it's safe to post the moneygram reference #, so i won't unless you ask.

I've done several seamless transactions in this exact same way to this exact same address, and it's usually been pretty quick.  so far it's been 9 hours and i haven't received either bitcoins or any emails from BitInstant.

I posted before you closed the list, yet i'm not on it?

Hello, Just found this support thread and I thank you for offering it.

I recently (today) tried my first transaction with you.  I did a walmart-moneygram-zip zap- bitinstant-bitcoin address method.  Confirmation from zip zap for funds being sent to you was emailed to me about 5 hours ago.  I have sent an email via customer support including information.

My issues is; I followed the ONE instructional video I found for how to purchase.  I DID NOT realize to write down order ID on the page saying "go", also video just clicked through and printed the zip zap order.  So I ONLY have the zip zap information.  

Is that info okay to provide here?  Am I screwed without the Order ID?  Is the wait substantially longer ATM?  and another asked above, if we get BTC based on when YOU get the Cash, or when you have time to send?
