I did a transfer Mtgox coupon to PayPal Friday and got an email stating the transfer details with APIResponse: {u'errorCode': u'INSUFFICIENT_FUNDS', u'paymentID': 0} and no deposit into the PayPal account yet. I've emailed the support email and have yet to hear anything about what's going on. I was going to PM you but I don't seem to be able to send PMs yet.

Order ID # or Quote ID #?

Looks to have been about 2 hours and I just checked my mtgox account and nothing so far. I'll look again in a few hours to see if it has come through.

It has not transferred my USD to BTC-E even though the MTGOX code has been redeemed can you explain what is wrong?

To sum it up - no refund and no money deposited still. No replies to mail/support tickets (except for correspondence from URSAY, which is pretty much useless to me. BUT i appreciate your time and effort trying to help). I feel like i'm being scammed.

We have 150 pages of issues being resolved here.  I'm not sure why you think your getting scammed.  Evidence suggests otherwise.

If you feel I am useless then I would be happy to take your issue off my plate.  I'm sure I can handle that one quickly!  Smiley

If that's how you deal with your customers...

I asked a simple question - when will i get my funds, no answer. I asked for refund - no refund... Evidence suggests otherwise.

Where does one find this order id. I have the quote id that I have given you before. 2ca21980-f089-41c7-8511-aef9c8c89886 I still have the webpage up from my order that is just still stuck on loading. There are also event ids listed if that helps.

Please see my order ID 88e24363-b1ae-401e-a24a-4d6d94e8d37a. I processed the order this morning and deposited my cash at my local CVS approximately 7 hours ago. I received confirmation from ZIPZAP that my payment was received but the coins have not shown up in my account. I am hoping you will be able to help me. Please let me know if you need additional information. I also reached out to the support team directly from the bitinstant website.

I purchased $200 worth of bitcoins at 10:30 this morning and received a ZipZap confirmation at 10:45. The problem is that it is now 6:37pm and I still have not received a confirmation from Bitinstant or bitcoins (I checked blockchain).

Guys, I've been sending support requests for 3 days now with zero response.

I made an dwolla to bitcoin address purchase, but it doesn't seem to be able to work with MtGox API.

I never received an email from Bitinstant, so I don't have an order or a quote ID.
I find this to be very odd, and very concerning.
