Hi guys. Can anyone pls upload original bios for Hynix memory (rom) for Asus rx 470 4GB strix gaming (not OC), 1206 Mhz/1650 Mhz. I forgot to save mine because I thought it is already saved but that was elpida.

I have it for the OC version. If you can't find anyone else with one let me know and we can see if it works.

Already downloaded. It is also 1250 core clock. I need 1206

What made you to install it in the first place? Hint: uninstall it.

All my 6x480 rigs are running creators update, v9 miner, 16.6 drivers.

Put the blame on something else, creators update works like a charm!

Is it useful for a mining rig? Maybe not... but it works!

1) Which drivers are you running? Newer drivers have BIOS checks and will disable the card if the BIOS are modded
2) That's not an NVIDIA card

I use 16.9.2 with modded BIOS no problem - very stable. 16.12 does BIOS checks. Some people use 16.11.x I believe.

I have one rig which takes about 60 seconds to start mining after claymore opens. it has 7 470s.

I have a rig with 5 480s and 1 470 and it starts very fast.

this is not true at all, i get about 2-2.50$ more a day with 9 vs 8.1

yes it fluctuates some.. but not enough to be a problem. the boost in dcr is well worth it.

Than either the -asm 1 is not working for you because the boost is tremendous!  You may want to verify that asm is enabled and your speed is faster than it was before.

My hashrate went from 85 MHs on v8 to 88.5 on v9.
