Apologies. Yes, ARM is not integrated into our continuous integration process yet and this results in these issues.

We will manually build and upload a version ASAP.

Best wishes,
Jonathan

I have been trying out the demo  very interested in the project! and am very impressed by the platform for example, in a market that has steadily inclined and then leveled out, the buy limit is not set at the margin lower limit, but instead is perpetually placed beneath in the blue area. effectively , the strategy sells once and then never achieves a buy in  any advice? definitely interested in purchasing was just hoping to see some confirmation of efficacy beforehand. Thanks  Smiley

I am somewhat concerned about their KYC policy, while they claim they have achieved the highest rating "Level3" from NewYork state they have only done so buy excluding all citizens of New York state! They also exclude Japan. Hmm..

I'll take a look at it if you provide a screenshot of what you just described.

Afaik they pretty much operate US only. Does anyone have experience with crypto trading on Robinhood? We are well aware that you don't have access/can't withdraw funds from them. Could be an interesting addition to the margin platform nonetheless.

We are again targeted by scammers which are trying to mimic our website.
Please be cautious and only download software from https://margin.de and no other website. Thanks!

I have been testing the EMA bot and I have to say its a mediocre bot.

This is not a diss at Margin, the software works as intended and all.
This is a diss at the strategy.

It misses clear buys and sells and buys way too late and sells way too late.
In my testing of about a week it would have lost me considerably, especially with the stop loss activated.

The bolling band bot works alot better but still not that great.

This market is a very bearish market so thats perhaps the reason why the EMA bot does so poorly.
Anyone else has other experiences?

Haven't tried the EMA bots, Bollinger Band seems to work for me (most of the time), mArgin Maker is dynamite in a bull market. I too have been working with tuning stop loss and I don't see it working with crypto right now. Will be revamping all my pair tomorrow. Previously with mArgin maker I was running stop-loss at 50% because with that strategy you had to allow for huge rises as well. I'll be turning off stop-loss on all Bollinger Band strategies tomorrow, I have enough in play that if some get hung up for some weeks I'll still  have enough action.

The strategies work differently in various market conditions and also work better or worse in different time scales.
Some strategies are more suited for shorter and some for longer time scales. To discuss strategies you might want to have a look at  https://margin.de/resources/tutorials or the community slack:

This is great news! Thanks team!
I've got all of my exchanges running on this release now.

For those with coinbase it is super easy and fast to transfer funds between coinbase and CoinbasePro. When adding deposits to your wallet at the top right of the popup it gives you the option of transferring funds directly from your account. (almost too handy) Wink

I had been trading on Bleu, which is probably the easiest exchange in the world to sign up for and have had particular successes with the ETC/BTC pair. I have watched Bleu grow from $8K a day to well over $200K, it is really taking off!

I feel it is super sporting of margin to give away the ability to trade on Bleu without a subscription too.  Cool

With Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS releasing today and this too, geekdom paradise day for me.  Grin

Hats off for a job well done!

CTShaman

PS.
This version uses less memory too

Hello
Indicator BB in the original works differently as you have in the bot!
You need to buy then when the tapes diverge, it speaks of an uptrend

First sharp movement

Second sharp movement

And so on ad infinitum. While there is a sharp increase, the values of the deviations increase, what it looks like on the chart as an extension of Bollinger Tape.

Point 1

The next movement, say after 2-4 hours on hour TF. The average can begin to level off or continue to grow. The lower tape starts to turn up. The upper one can either continue to move steeply upward, or look up at a lower angle than before.

Point 2

We get the second point - the attenuation of the initial motion.

There is still some sort of price movement ... Again, we calculate the parameters. As it turns out, the lower tape already "stretches" upward, and the upper one either becomes horizontal or less than the previous value. We get 3 points.

Point 3

As soon as the top line begins to "pull up" to the middle, we get the 4 final point - the end of the price movement. The extension is probably complete.

Point 4

If suddenly new price data at this point in time (between 3 and 4 point, or immediately after the 3rd) bring in new higher prices, what will happen?
The average will go up. The bottom line will either continue to "pull" to the middle, or turn back, but the upper Bollinger line will rush up again. Point 3 is canceled and we expect a new point 3.

If we buy through such a strategy, then we will be confident by 90% that the market is going up, because BB gives us a 90% guarantee that the market will move either up or down, or flat

Sorry, I wrote through a translator

Hi,

no problem Smiley Thanks for your detailed report.

There are various BB strategies and this is just one of them. It is also just the first strategy we implemented Wink
To understand better how it works you can have e.g. a look at this description:

https://www.onlinetradingconcepts.com/TechnicalAnalysis/BollingerBands3.html

For further questions you can also contact support@margin.de or ask in the community slack https://leonardough-slack.herokuapp.com/
