Just a note of caution if anyone here is using Poloniex exchange:

I just went through a very stressful situation. 2 weeks ago, I sent a large sum of money (for me) to Poloniex to start trading with Leo on there. That money (USDT) took 11 days to show up! It was confirmed on the blockchain over a thousand times and sent to the correct address. No reply from support for almost 2 weeks and then suddenly it just shows up and my support ticket is closed. I don't think they are doing anything nefarious, but they clearly can't handle the amount of customers they are taking on. My stress level went through the roof when I started reading reddit posts from people that have been waiting months for help with their problems. If you are on Poloniex just be careful and if you have a problem, PM me and I can tell you what I did to get it resolved as quickly as possible.

My money came through yesterday and I immediately sent it back over to Kraken (without issue, thank God). And now I can use Kraken on Leo so it's actually been a good week so far! Kraken customer support is much more responsive. Any issues or questions I've had have been responded to within 24 hours. Good luck on the pump everyone!

Thank goodness you got it. These horror stories are mounting up. I suspect it was Poloniex that would not accept the Tether since they are under investigation.

Once a week I get a note from Bittrex wanting to know if my ticket has been resolved yet. WTF?
Something very disconcerting happened because after a buy went through the bot stalled, why? They showed the sale as going through but refuse to credit me with the 664 FTC. I have given them all the information but they have yet to "formally" review it. I would have never have known if it were not for leonArdo..

Thank you for sharing money4good, being forewarned is extremely valuable in an anything goes market.

Thanks for sharing CTShaman. I'm a big believer in crypto and what it stands for (power back to the people) but I also understand we're still in the infant stages of this whole thing. Growing pains will continue to happen. Just trying to help people through my own experience. And, btw, it's not just USDT that Poloniex is having problems with. It's literally every coin if you dare to look at the reddit stories.

I hope Bittrex resolves your problem soon. These exchanges need to start putting all the money they've earned into a better user experience. Those will be the ones that survive the growing pains. Good luck, man. I'll be praying for ya.

Once again, love another new update.
When I'm home I turn the volume up on my PC and my wife keeps asking what that sound is.
Lovin' It!!!!

Now I need to attach a "cha ching" sound to notifications.

Great job Leonardo.

Ha ha yeah, that would be neat. Exodus wallet has a very cool sound of coins dropping onto a pile, my head swims every time it happens.

Leonardo upsets me Sad If there was a power outage, all orders should be monitored manually or Leonardo will sell them in negative :(sorry for bad English

New user here. I love the product and what you said happened to me too.

Reason: When the computer is not running, Leonardo bots are not running (its not tracking the price changes so all of active orders will be excuted by limit orders).
Solution: Find a cheap laptop, Raspberry pi with backup battery or an UPS...

While it is really good product for a price, it lacks development and scale.
I think i have deleted keys i licensed with long time ago. :C

Well, that is not really true. They're working on it constantly and we get new features and even new included exchange APIs every few weeks. Wink Additional, they usually answer a mail sent to support@marginsoftware.de within hours..

So ... hey ... they had a _ton_ of new customers in the last months and have to cope even with that. But they're still really fast whenever a problem arises. Wink

If you have still access to you email account you used back then when you registered your API keys, i think you could simply send them an email and i'm sure they will happily change your keys if you send them the new ones. Wink

Greetings,

hacky

Sounds like i need to check it out again. Thanks for the response.

Can you give a little more info? Was this a temporary problem? Is it reproducible? When did it work the last time?

All the best,

I’ve been getting these occasionally on kraken but just temporary. Bot still buys and sells just fine with both BB and MM.

Side issue with Kraken: on Margin Maker when the bot hits a stop-loss it automatically cancels the current sell order and performs a spot sell. When it cancels the limit sell it pops up with a confirmation “yes or no” window instead of just executing the cancel. Surprisingly it still was able to execute the stop loss spot order even though this confirmation window was still awaiting my response. When I finally did hit “yes” to cancel the limit order the whole thing crashed (probably bc the limit sell was no longer there). Should be a simple fix, I believe. Thanks.

Data collection is down on Binance watch yourselves with Bollinger Band without min buy/sell set it will cycle back and forth.

It is Binance.
http://downdetector.com/status/binance

If not a hack then a very amateurish move.. and I do not pick them for being amateurish..
https://www.newsbtc.com/2018/02/08/crypto-exchange-giant-binance-will-12-hours/

I have been in IT a long time and if we were going to have a web site down for a long time for "routine maintenance" we would put up an informational page not just a 500 error.

Hello!  Is anybody else having issues logging into Binance on Leonardo?  My chart wasn't updating; so I restarted, but I am getting an error message "Please select at least one currency pair".  The currency pair list is empty.

Binance extended it's downtime:

https://twitter.com/binance_2017/status/961587311648501760

Due to an unforeseen slowdown in the speed of our data sync, we now estimate for all trading activity to resume at 2018/02/09 4AM (UTC). In the 30 minutes prior to the commencement of trading, users will be able to use utilize all other account related functions.

Meh .. patience is a virtue Wink

Seems there is a problem system wide, seems to be crashing / erroring out when checking credentials for exchanges. In my case this would be poloniex but after reading a few comments it seems to be happening with others. Would like to hear from anyone who actually can login / access their exchanges via Leonardo.

For me, it looks like only binance has a problem actually.

I get the normal list of currencies for every other exchange.
