Am I the only one that has a probelm with some Leonardo files ringing all the bells with the antivirus ?
I am on Win (7), and all my antivirus software (avast, msft, nalwarebytes etc) are panicking on one particular file "1.exe" that is sitting in my "%user\appdata\roaming" dir which it seems to be affected by the "win32:Malware-gen" virus/trojan.
I noticed this file is part of the leonardo installation package and it is created when Leonardo installs itself.
What is this file? Why it is there ? Is it ok to delete it ?
I run leonardo in a virtualbox just to be on the safe side, but I would like to have some assurance from the developers or other users.
TIA

Here is a handy URL to have if you see some oddities with Bittrex. https://www.bittrex.com/statusHad to open a ticket because my funds were not accruing for an FTC sell which caused the bot to stop. The exchange would not fork over the funds from the sell and the bot stopped. It shows up in the transaction page but I am not being credited for the sell. Anyways I know the coin was in maintenance mode earlier today but not when the problem happened. It is a good link to refer to when problems arise.

You may not be the only person. If you are not seeing the solution in the forum it is probably because those that had it got help from support@marginsoftware.de Really it takes all of that to protect Win7 these days? Huh, now I know what I have been missing running Linux for the past 17 years with no AV.

There should no 1.exe from leonardo... Where did you download your version? Please download leonardo _only from_ www.marginsoftware.deHacky

There was already some fake version/copy of leonardo around.. It could be that there is another one trying the same fckup... No need to go offtopic on this. Hacky

Constantly I receive an error. Example: 01/27 01:00:51 pm poloniex:XRP/USDT: [Method:getMarginPosition (params: ¤cyPair=USDT_XRP) ] error in DefaultMarketInterface::httpPOST: network error: [code: 299]: UnknownContent (an unknown error related to the remote content was detected) (try 1 of 20), message received: {"error":"Nonce must be greater than 1268885791. You provided 1268885789."} What could be the problem? I think ping. API key is used only in leonArdo. Sadness ...

The first google search result for "error" "Nonce must be greater than 1268885791" is a link to Github where the suggestion is too generate a new API key, leonArdo support should be able to advise if that solution may help you.

This helps if the key is used where else. Not in my case.

Hi,
how come sometimes the Bot doesn't allow to use a strategy. like i am trying to use pingpong with doge coin over bittrex but it shows always invalid range. BB works however margin maker and ping pong dosnt work. note it works with other coins like xlm
Do you have enough funds or are you trading close to the minimum? You might also have selected an out of scope price. All the best, Rene

Any estimation for binance adding?
Working on it. Testing it right now and will release it in one of the next releases. All the best, Rene Can I change to binance? I have problems with the bitfinex account We can not let everyone just choose a second license. It is a case by case decision. So for example if you just started using Bittrex and they locked your account we probably would let you switch. Just contact support@marginsoftware.de and explain the situation. All the best, Rene

If you just see one error and not multiple, it is just that you are running multiple pairs and sometimes these 'overtake' each other as they run in parallel. It normally just fails once from time to time and then leonArdo immediately trys again. All the best, Rene

Hi, are you sure you downloaded leonArdo from our official website? All the best, Rene Yes quite sure. I bought the copy and it is running on my exchanger fine. I ran the demo for a while (still downloaded from marginsoftware site), and then bought it. Once my API were set i redownloaded anew. I even clicked directly the link in the confirmation email, so no chanche of spoofing website. If you want I can send you the file I downloaded so you can check yourself. Shall I get in contact support with this info ?
