Why leonArdo asks "Please choose your country of residence" when you try buy leonArdo?

As a company we have to pay taxes. This varies according to which country we sell.
So we need to gather that data to comply which tax regulations.

All the best,

  Rene

Hi Kai,

this looks like a temporary problem with the bittrex API. Can you keep monitoring it and if it frequently happens again report it to support@marginsoftware.de?

I have the same issue.
How long have you been running Leonardo continuously?

I am thinking something is not working right with Leonardo anymore and its miscomunicating with API.
My Leonardo has been running for days and I was having the same errors daily lately.
I rebooted Leonardo and it started working fine.

But I still think Bittrex API is crap.

I tend to agree. Could you guys keep an eye on the situation?
How often does it happen? Does leonardo recover itself or do you have to restart it?

All the best,

  Rene

Ah well .. another problem i have.

Whenever i minimize the main leonardo window ... when i get it up back on screen .. it changes the chart to some semingly random pair on that exchange.

That happens to me for each single leonardo instance i have running on _every exchange_ i have in my slots (Binance, Bitfinex, Bittrex (untested), HitBTC, Poloniex and Kraken.........)

Anyone else with this "problem"?

P.s.: please, at least for "power users" like me, which usually have a lot of pairs open, _check your wallets_ if you have similar issues......

Just a quick question: Are you sticking to the recommended and supported # of trading pairs?

I have a suggestion which would be very cool for BB: introduce a backtesting to automatically find the best (more profitable) configuration for BB for each timeframe (daily, weekly, ecc.), so to offer the option to set automatically all the parameters for likely optimal BB settings.

Ideally such backtesting may continue and keep adjusting the settings while the bot operates.

Will do for sure. It only happens when I am running Margin Bot. Not bollingerbot. I turned bollinger bot on 10pm my time last night and ran until now no issues 12:00pm

I have a suggestion for leoNardo team.

Create a Discord server for those who already bought a license and have this thread here for potential customers.
Discord is very powerful with many extras like channels, help bots and many more, even has voice support.
There we can post support questions, bugs, feature requests and more.

It's not easy anymore to follow this thread. Sad

back testing is already on our wish list and will find it's way into the product at some point. Just a matter of resources Smiley.

Make sure to inventory and count your coins (literally) from time to time. This morning I came to realize I had been "gifted" with IGNIS (for which there was no buy history) on Bittrex, which I promptly sold.

I reported a week or so ago of being jilted out of monies there over a month ago. The buy showed up in my history on the site but failed to accrue the amount in my wallet and leonArdo stopped because it could not set up the sell. After weeks and weeks (Bittrex) support has stopped sending me emails asking if I have resolved my problems??

I do not claim that one exchange is more accurate than another, but it is our responsibility to know where our coin is. (I am writing this here to remind myself) Smiley

A new feature request dawned on me - when a coin has multiple trading pairs (for example, LTC/BTC or LTC/ETH) it would be nice if there was a quick way to tell which market would be more profitable to trade in. Often times there can be some arbitrage opportunities between markets, and I don't think it would be that difficult to incorporate somehow

As there is no documentation on your software at all, from which should i know what you mean by that?

Just wondering.

There is actually a google group....

Discord is proprietary software too and a lot of us are not gamers and don't want such stuff on their desktops. Wink

On top of that, being depending on such software to have the information accessible to the users is not really a good thing. This forum might not be the easierst variant but it is ewasily accessible even from google search.

Consider joining https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/leonardo-users

Even this group is accessible with any client you like via standard usenet nntp protocols or just plain email. Wink

When choosing currency pairs leonardo shows  a suggestion regarding the save amounts of pairs for different exchanges (e.g. 20 on Binance).
Also in the product you will see a red ! if you pass this soft limit.
