If the size of your transaction data is 500 bytes, you pay exactly 500 bytes.

The transaction fees may change in the future,for example If the size of your transaction data is 500 bytes, you pay exactly 50 bytes,
Or they will always have 500 for 500.

Version 1.4 released https://github.com/byteball/byteball/releases

It includes:
* Full backup and restore.  The backup file is compressed, encrypted, and compatible with all platforms
* Improved speed of sync
* Multiple bugfixes

Please upgrade.  Android version is already in Google Play.

If you plan to move your wallet to another device using backup/restore, please close the wallet and don't use it on the first device after creating the backup.  Overlapped use of the same keys on multiple devices can lead to multiple issues such as non-delivered blackbytes and lost chat messages.  If what you want is access to the same money from multiple devices, use multisig instead.
wow !! it's an awesome update. thank you tony  Grin

Transaction fee will allays be equal to the size of transaction. This may create a problem in the future actually.

thank you.

Sometimes, it seems stuck, and suddenly jumps to greater percentages. Some other times, after being stuck for a long time, a restart makes the syncing progress bar disappear. I would say that generally, it just seems stuck whereas it actually isn't. The latest release is supposed to speed up things though.

A restart sometimes seems to fix the 5% problem, but it can lead to a 17% or 26% (or whatever) "stuck" problem. It always recovers for me so far, but it can take many hours. I'm using Win 10 64. The newest wallet is getting stuck for me more than the older ones did, for some reason. The new backup feature is nice.

So I saw that the avaliable supply is 117,610 GBYTE. The total supply is 1,000,000. So if there is no POW and No POS and the distribution phases are over how can you get this coin without paying for it?

The distribution phases are not nearly over. There will be quite a few more.

long ride to get home, this is good for Byteball value. MAjor exchanges will list Byteball when at least 80% of supply will be distribuited, but it is only my H opinion

I used to have a similar problem that disappeared about 2 byteball updates ago.
Maybe it's not related with what you are seeing, but when it seems that the synchronization is struck, click in another window which is opened in your desktop.
Then click back in byteball wallet window and see if the percentage jumps ahead.
If it jumps then it was not really struck, but simply failing to update the percentage.
When it was happening with me I was running byteball within kde inside whonix/debian virtualbox inside linux.
I haven't installed new byteball version yet to see if the problem's resurfaced.
If you confirm the behaviour I've just described, then I think it'd be related to one of those nasty environment incompatibilities.

Monero got 14 mi , if you hold 500 GBB it like you hold 35,000 Monero

Blackbytes is extremly rare 2.1 mi.

it going to take time for Tonych to get there, but dont know for how long.

Simplicity is beauty.

where can you trade blackbytes?

IMO people should get as much as they could if they look far in the future
you could get for 1:7 or 1:10 if you trade white for black that is alot but no one see it.

https://byteball.slack.com/messages/trading_blackbyte/

right now only this to get blackbytes.

Me too,  I don't give two hoots about bytes. I've amassed 1terabyte of blackbytes it's going to be potential fomo tsunami when blackbyte usage and apps appear.
