Everybody is advised to backup app files as blackbytes are stored on a local machine only.
macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/byteball
Linux: ~/.config/byteball
Windows: %LOCALAPPDATA%\byteball

I did not receive my Byteball coins. I sent 0.4BTC to the address the transaction bot told me to and it told me my payment was received. I logged into the app now and I still have 0 Bytes in my wallet? |

I am willing to tip you in btc if you can help me out with this. ur welcome. there is no need of any tips. ) in the case of core btc wallet problem can be solved by creating new btc address and movin all ur balance to it. after these steps u need just sign message (or sell some small amount) to link btc↔bb. try to do the similar steps. of course in such case u spend btc transaction fee. |

He was requested a small payment a few satoshis just to confirm that the address was yours. Ask tonych. If don't have access to the BTC address you did then the coin though, you just loose 0.4 BTC. |
