Reinstalled Byteball.
I am trying to run a program with the old directory (where the wallet is located) and get:
"Error Uncaught exception: Error: wallet not found
is change = 0, index = 0"
Did you move/copy/replace any files in the app's data folder?

can we get bittrex not some scam exchange? also not everybody has gigabytes, bytes should be traded too
You can already trade fractions of a gigabyte (GB) on cryptox.pl, GB is just a unit: 1 GB = 1,000 MB = 1,000,000 KB = 1,000,000,000 Byte Am I right assuming that 1 GiB = 1'024 MiB? No, as it's not a unit of data storage. 1 GB = 1,000 MB In fact, the majority of data storage manufacturers are also big fans of this convention - they use it on all their products (hdd, usb stick etc). It saves them money

Do I miss something? This is a quote from slack channel, not from exchange. There is no automatic order matching in slack, therefore bid and ask overlap is possible. Good enough for OTC trading though.

questions about the witnessing...
after building and running it in a container, what is required by the witness in order to start witnessing txs and gaining clients trust? Is it automated once you have the container running, for the most part?

| | V It's up to the community to decide on criteria for a witness, but I would personally expect more real word reputation, not just in trading (e.g. if you are a google, you are OK with me ). One way to become a witness is as follows: 1. Run the witness code on your server https://github.com/byteball/byteball-witness. To be considered seriously, you need to run it on a server that is well connected and always online. Running this code alone won't make you a witness automatically, you'll just periodically post your units to the database (and spend your bytes by doing this). 2. Campaign here and elsewhere trying to persuade everybody that you would be a better witness than somebody else and they should change their witness list by replacing some other witness address with yours.

The third snapshot distribution will be starting very soon? I see many people wear your signature again. Rumor has it all the Lisk guys will get some free byteballs dont know if its true though, will have to wait and see What do you refer to? Lisk CEO linked his ICO address link to the byteball for first distribution, IMO they will try again, no doubt.

Yes, the snapshots for the third round will be taken on March the 12 th at 14:54 UTC (full moon time). (didn't hear such rumors though, maybe a link to the rumor?)

How much hdd space do I need to download full DAG today? Is DAG somehow limited in size, or someone can make billions of transactions and bloat it?

Why not ? Do you have an Android smart phone? In that case you could download the app from Google Play and use it. (There is no web wallet.)

Rumor has it all the Lisk guys will get some free byteballs dont know if its true though, will have to wait and see Lisk team linked their BTC wallet to Byteball wallet and are entitled to their own percentage of the coin but what I don't know is if Lisk investors are going to share in that spoil.

Is DAG somehow limited in size, or someone can make billions of transactions and bloat it? Please read the OP: The fees paid for storing one’s transactions (or any other data) in the Byteball database are equal to the size of the data being stored. If the size of your transaction data is 500 bytes, you pay exactly 500 bytes (the native currency of Byteball) in fees.

So far there are no exact plans. Lisk and Iconomi have agreed to do nothing until the end of the Byteball distribution. But maybe they distribute them to their holders after that? No one knows precisely now.
