That is very old news when all was supposed to be distributed in four rounds.

dev said: "We'll have as many rounds as is necessary until all bytes are distributed, the rounds will be spaced 1 to 2 months." so all bytes ans b-bytes will be dispatch.

Basically yes, let alone 2%, 1% is the dev's share and 1% is a give away to the first 100 million users who install the app (no more info about htis for now), and unclaimed blackbytes which go to a development fund.

I have been unable to get the wallet to sync fully.  Not using a lite wallet and the wallet doesn't seem to save the blockchain when it closes.  So each time the wallet is opened it starts from 0% again.   Windows version.

Also the chat button on the wallet hasn't functioned for me yet, IDK if the wallet needs to be fully synced for that to work or not since I haven't gotten a full sync yet, but when I click the Chat button it actually takes me to 'Add New Device' area and not chat. 

Anyways, how do I get the wallet to save when its closed so it doesn't have to sync from 0% each time its opened?

Ok i linked my address correctly and was able to check my balance untill yesterday.
Today i didnt receive any bytes and the stupid transition bot only repeats whatever i tell him.
i checked my byteball addresses @ http://transition.byteball.org/. Not there. Yet transition bot used to say my correct btc balance untill a day before the distribution.
I have made a micropayment and had bitcoins in my wallet. I want my coins.
