Hello 1 positive balance at the Bitcoin wallet tied only need to have the time ALLOTMENT? or permanently? 2 taken into account only the current amount that is in this purse, or the sum of all transactions for the entire period? What you have now on the balance of your linked address(es) doesn't matter. You can do whatever you want with your bitcoins before and after the snapshot. The only thing that matters is what you have when the snapshot occurs (not what you have now).

It works fine on my end, this might probably be an issue related to your internet connection ... is the amazon web cloud ok?
The download link points to the v1.3.0 Windows 64-bit exe from https://github.com/byteball/byteball/releases. What do you mean by "amazon web cloud" ?

Seems fine for me. I used it for an upgrade to new shiny version and worked a treat. If the mobile version gets a TOR update that would be excellent. Could run it through Orbot and that would provide good protection.

byteball hype over? everyone is selling? Maybe, their signature campaign is over, the hype is over, and the price is dumping hard, I can't imagine the price go to 30% of current price, it is dangerous.

GByte has always been a very volatile asset, the spread between the highest bid and the lowest ask is generally big and so are the spreads between orders in the same book, so if there's no support/resistance, the price will go down/up easily. 30% is not that much compared to the volatility GByte experienced in the past.

I'm waiting for that support to break, maybe I'll wait forever, maybe not . Any reason(s) why (you think) that support might have more chances to hold than to break?

There is no denial in there being a support. I was just asking why it would hold rather than break short-term-wise. Value and adoption are not the only factors that keep the prices over their support I think. For instance if bitcoin skyrockets, there's a high chance this might negatively impact the bitcoin price of bytes (along with other cryptocurrencies).

Buying pressure for the next distribution round and by the way no failure from the dev, I see only excellent work. See other projects with a lot of wasted time, huge bugs, ico scam's, no scalability etc. we have a working Software for all plattforms, a chat exchange, free coins, micropayment, smart contract, blackbytes ...

Maybe it's too soon to talk about buying pressure for the next round ... For all the rest, of course we agree, these are long-term elements that have been known for quite some time, they won't affect today's or tomorrow's price, my question was very short-term centric (maybe I should've specified that). Statistically it is more likely to resite than break.
If I remember, it does seem that it's : 40% break 60% resiste
Thx for the info, can you elaborate (a bit) please on how you calculate those probabilities?

Technical question about fees collected by witnesses. If witnesses collect fees from every transaction and they essentially have no cost to cover (other than meaningless hardware and bandwidth cost) in the long run won't bytes concentrate in the witnesses hands?
In case of bitcoin fees/reward go to miners but miners have huge electricity and hardware costs therefore bitcoins are recycled back to cover these costs. In case of byteball there's no such recycling pressure which leads to the conclusion that bytes will be more and more concentrated in the hands of witnesses the longer the system operates.
