UPDATE :
1150546 BTC llinked which will bring approx. : 71,909 gb
and we have 365,903gb in circulation which will bring : 73,180 gb more after airdrop
So
365,903+73,180+62,799= 510,992 Gb in total in circulation after give away.
That's over 50% of all gbytes.
Yes i think in this rate we will have 2 more airdrops. Distribution : 0.0625 Gb for each 1 BTC of linked balance and 0.2 new byte for each 1 byte you already hold. 131.94375 MBB for each 1 BTC of linked balance and 0.42222 new Bbyte for each 1 byte you already hold (on linked addresses only).
Scheduled: August 7, 2017 at 18:10 UTC
Time left: 0 Day 21h *Informations in this post is not official from DEV or Byteball team. Its pure speculation

Instead of holding btc..I really think it will be better to buy byteball(GBYTES) for now..and then hold it until the distribution tommorrow..because It will give you more GBYTES..20% more.

Two more airdrops? That's two more months of freebies and dumps. After that I think we will see the price start a real bull trend. It has always been like that when coins become scarce.

[reminder] Beware of change addresses in your BTC wallet AND in your byteball wallet for the next distribution round!Byteball distribution companion helps you. Is you address properly linked? Is your linked BTC balance what you expected? Are all your bytes on your byteball linked address? How much will you receive? +Bookmark. Once distribution has started you can follow in near real time when bytes arrive in your wallet. Enjoy! Thanks. My wallets have been pretty dormant but I still checked: Address is linked (good!), with a balance of bytes 70,000 and BTC 0 You will receive 14,000 bytes and 29,555 Blackbytes during round number 8. Nice. Yes i think in this rate we will have 2 more airdrops. I was afraid that was gonna happen. Looks like I was meant to miss out on BB.
The price is still pretty low despite the last minute bumps.

pretty cool to see how a coin without inflation work out then no mining at all. you want some, you buy from the open market.

For every 16 BTC you receive 1 GB (1 gigabyte = 1 billion bytes), For every 5 GB you receive additional 1 GB.
so question is. if i held 9 GB, do i need to buy 1 more to get 10Gb now? it is not clear if the 20% on top rule applies for the 9gb, or if I now have to topup everytime I dont have 5, 10, 15 gb etc.

Yea perhaps it is better to send BTC to the linked address vrs buying Gbytes right now. Not sure if the 20% bonus is better than simply linking that btc instead.

With Bitcoin you get 6% payback, with GBytes your get 20% payback. But if the GBytes to BTC rate falls down after the distribution, which always occur, than you may better of linking with BTC instead... Your bet, your call! EDIT: What I decided to do is take the BCH I got from my BTC - it was free money anyways, and buy Gbytes with them. The BCH was free money, so I am profiting no matter which direction it will take. The fall before the airdrop always has been much more than 20%, so better hold Bitcoin and buy Byteballs at more than 20% discount in the first panic dump of the airdrop

Why do you guys think iconomi is selling its stake in byteballs? They dont see a future for byteball, once the distribution is over? Its good for the distribution though.

because they want to sell before the new supply comes on and have enough byteball that they don't care They can probably by back a lot lower after there sell plus market sell. It significantly spreads risk for them without much down side, I mean they are about to get a whole load more of byteball.....so why would they not do this?

Guys I bookmark this one, https://byteball.fr/BBdistribution.phpSO if the distribution has started already, Can I move my GBYTES to other wallet already? Or do I still need to wait for the airdrop coins before moving it?

5GB is an example showing you a 5:1 ratio == 20% So, 9GB + 20% = 10.8 GB

Or do I still need to wait for the airdrop coins before moving it? I like the timer on the byteball.org site better. Keep in mind, the full moon doesn't mean the snapshot has been taken. So, when the full moon happens, the snapshot is the very first solved block. The actual distribution happens typically within a day just in case of a re-org. So, safe to wait, but you are pretty safe to move your coins.

What do you think tomorrow will be the price of the distribution of coins? Will it reach 0.08?
