Now, we still have 0 trusted registries on the default hub byteball.org and the assets in the wallets are still cryptic hashes. My proposal is that we elect 1 or 2 registries to start with. We already have a poll bot and can put it to use here. If this sounds like a good idea, let's start with nominations.
I would like to candidate to become registrar. I got some ideas for features to be built on top this service, I need a few days to define and present the project.

I am not against a house edge, it is absolutely fair to charge a fee for providing service, but your house edge seem to be pretty high to me. That is why I am asking to provide more details on how exactly you calculate payouts and how much you keep for yourself.
Blockchain (or DAG) based business is all about transparency. Without transparency why bother about these technologies? You keep using "house edge" as if this was in relation to casino gambling... You are using the wrong term. It is NOT a house edge. A house edge is the theoretical "edge" that the house has based on mathematically provable probabilities over an infinite series of events. You can call it whatever you want, a service which this guy promotes is gambling, and I need to know my odds before I get into the game, and my odds directly depend on a fraction of my prize which service provider takes from me (aka a house edge).

I don't know how you calculate the fees but at this time I see a return rate of 94% offered on a down BTC contract. It seems to be the best payout of the all binary options market. https://binaryballs.com/trade/

So how would you do that with a sports betting website in a situation like this? For instance, current value on Nitrogen Sports for Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Tennessee Titans: Pittsburgh: 1.341 Tennessee: 3.553 Nitrogen don't say "we take 5% Commission on payouts" or anything like that... They factor in a spread on the various lines... So I guess you'd work it out the same way with Binary Balls...

Where on Earth do you live? You have never heard of the metric system? Does this ring a bell? giga = 10 9 = 1,000,000,000 Wherever you got your "education" you need to go and immediately demand a refund.

I know about MB and GB from CD and DVD and there 1024 MB=1GB and i not was sure if 1.000.000.000 bytes is 1 GB or 1.024.000.000 is 1GB. https://www.quora.com/Is-1-GB-equal-to-1024-MB-or-1000-MB

Ah, that is a much more interesting question. If the author wanted to use the binary SI prefix as opposed to decimal SI prefixes then they should have used gibi instead of giga. But, not everyone is aware of this or does it consistently: BTW 1 gibibyte = 2 30 = 1,073,741,824, not 1,024,000,000 [1 GiB is 1,024 x 1 MiB which is 2 20 = 1,048,576]

If the binary balls guy shows a table with the history of bets (including current ones), that will do. This is what crypto dudes claim all the time: we are better than traditional "blah-blah", because we are so transparent. Then be transparent, or remove your claims.

there 1024 MB=1GB and i not was sure if 1.000.000.000 bytes is 1 GB or 1.024.000.000 is 1GB.
I hate to pile on, but you are absolutely incorrect in your claim that there are 1024 MB in 1 GB. Relying on non-authoritative websites for your source of truth does nothing to resolve the error. The SI system was devised ages ago, and is universally used as the measure of such things. The prefix G or giga always denotes 10^9. Some time ago, lazy programmers noted that 2^10 is kinda sorta approximately equal 10^3. So they started sloppily referring to 2^10 as kilo, 2^20 as mega, etc. But this has introduced error and ambiguity where none is warranted. And this ambiguity has killed. If you mean 2^30, then the proper prefix is Gi or gibi. The scientific and engineering standards communities are universally aligned on this point. Or to make it concrete for you, 1024 MiB = 1 GiB. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Binary_prefix and while WikiPedia is only quasi-authoritative, they provide more explanation that truly authoritative sites such as the National Institute of Standards and Technology: https://physics.nist.gov/cuu/Units/binary.htmlAnd for the love of all that is holy, stop misusing SI prefixes. Before they kill again.

Lately, I see there's some traction on the exchanges and that may start GB engine once again. Hopefully the way up is building in a more consistent way.

Hi guys. I am little tired of splitting blockchains and panics around it. Don't get me wrong, I love the blockchain technology, but this mess around is bad. So I have looked for other options for future investment with little diferent technology and I found Byteball with DAG. And I am impressed. No miners? Fast transaction? Conditional payments? No blockchain? And that is not end....Is it really true?

Byteball is evolving super fast, each month you check here and something new happens. This month we already got real life merchants ( https://byteball.org/milan/), and a real world company raising money ( https://titan-coin.com/en/) using Byteball assets.

It is sad that the byteball slack continues to be closed to new members unless they manually request an invitation. I know that there are scams but closing it off stifles community growth imho. The OP is also misleading in that it links to the slack for information when it is closed to new members (the average OP reader). Also if you haven't done so change your wallet hub to byteball.fr/bb ( instructions) so we can start decentralizing the witnesses!

Maybe there is another platform that could be used so that people can enter again?
