Don't need to come here "after the battle" whining how unfair the life is.... There is a world of difference being able to order directly from KNC, vs people on these forums that I have never done business with, offering referral orders. KNC has the track record, for sure, and they have chosen to reward their early customers. That is their prerogative, of course, and mine to take issue with as a customer with no ability to directly order this new carrot they have dangling in front of our faces. Good luck to everyone that got in on this early. Lets hope it pays off massively for you.

... and you can refund up to shipment Which we know was a lie last time around. Not exactly, you were able to refund to the point the list was sent to the facility to process your order for assembly. Ha, lying fucker. Let's remind ourselves of what ACTUALLY happened shall we? From newsletter 26th SEPTEMBER 2013 https://www.kncminer.com/news/news-37 The big news is that all the production orders that are due for delivery before October 15th have now been confirmed with the factory for final assembly and our production schedule is now locked. As such, we are not able to make any more changes. THEY STOPPED REFUNDS BEFORE A SINGLE DEVICE SHIPPED. Even people with "Paid" status (i.e. not sent to facility for assembly) were NOT able to get a refund, even if their device did not ship for another 4 weeks. So this is pure and utter lies once again from the paid knc shill. It just shows the how low KNC will go, putting this lie of refund up to shipping in the terms of sale again. When their paid representative comes on here and tries to change reality, there can be no doubt these are crooks with no ethics or morals. And after their big song and dance about accepting cc payment https://www.kncminer.com/news/news-35, they are now only accepting non-refundable/non-chargeback payments forms. That's got to get your spider senses tingling regarding how they will "refund" you Do some serious research before buying (or not) and don't take anything proven liar buttcoinorama sells tells you. He gets paid to lie to you and he has no qualms about doing that.

I wonder if the price after the sale will be 10% or 25% more then it is now?
A bigger question would be how low will the price go for the later batch. Will it be 30% less like from Oct Jupiter to Nov Jupiter?

I saw 2 Jupiters sell for over $22k on eBay. How? Is that legit? I have a pretty good eBay history, you think I could get $20k+ for my Jupiter? I'd even include the free hosting (currently being hosted by KNC in Sweden).

Be careful about selling a hosted miner on ebay. If there is no record of a shipped product ebay might reverse the payment. You could probably regain control of the miner but might lose several days of mining due to an unscrupulous buyer.

Really unhappy about this not being open to new customers. What a clusterfuck Check your PM Thanks for the offer dude. Don't like the way KNC is handling this round right now. Something doesn't feel right. It doesn't feel right since they are actually giving respect to those that believed in them? Whether Neptunes are a good deal or not is debatable, but their gesture is on mark like many of their previous respectable actions

He gets paid to lie to you and he has no qualms about doing that. People got refunds after shipping started. Had to beg for them but it happened. Generally you're right though. What KNC say is often close to true yet not in some important aspect...take the claim that "Our innovative Bitcoin mining solutions offer a complete upgradable modular ASIC mining device - removing the delay, and complication of organising the various intermediaries required to assist in manufacturing your Bitcoin miner hardware." ..not true is it? The Oct and Nov units weren't even compatible and getting an order for an extra module depended more on you finding out before they sold out than anything. That claim is already proven not to be the case, or we'd all be considering buying new modules not new rigs. Still, it looks good and sells machines, although in my country that kind of misleading statement is illegal.

Other than holding the bitcoins mined until 45 day deadline passes? Probably not acceptable to most buyers. I suppose I can just see if KnC can ship it to the customer direct.

I may have an early pre-order to sell. This all depends on whether KNC will release info or specs about power consumption or whether hosting will be made available.
At this time 30% less per GH/s from the old system 550Gh/s at 650Watts would make the 3TH unit close to 2500watts or 0.82watt per GH/s If my math is incorrect please feel free to chime in I personally would prefer many more weaker units than one monster unit that requires specialized power circuits and other electrical engineering black magic.
I had a look at it. It's not that big a deal -- if that is your only concern go for it.

A bigger question would be how low will the price go for the later batch. Will it be 30% less like from Oct Jupiter to Nov Jupiter? There will be plenty of groupbuys, etc to eat up that 1200.. I doubt new customers will have a chance to buy them directly. Neptune is a solid deal for serious miners, but not a no-brainer like the Jupiter. The play here might be to just store 12 BTC until July. The upgrade modules was fine to buy as BTC since it was a short turnaround (and even they doubled from purchased to shipped) 5-6 months could be a bit harrowing even for a stand up squad like KNC also, anyone who has fall/winter now is enjoying the heat from their jupiters, but Neptunes in the summer might be an issue.
