I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for 2 refunds. Refunds seem to be stuck, they will not inform about the position in queue. The Neptune will clearly not ROI so I have asked for a refund from knc with no success so far.

Old Style Legacy Plug & Play BBS System. Get it from www.synchro.net. Updated 1/1/2021. It also works with Windows 10 and likely 11 and allows 16 bit DOS game doors on the same Win 10 Machine in Multi-Node! Five Minute Install! Look it over it uninstalls just as fast, if you simply want to look it over. Freeware! Full BBS System! It is a frigging hoot!:)

I can imagine there could be obstacles , he said , if they see any issues we should start hashing in their mining cloud. WHAT???

September? I think I lost track of this thread around that time. I was too busy scanning BFL Jody's blog every day like a chump... desperately hoping for a glimmer of progress on my doomed 65nm orders, but ironically getting more updates about her chickens than actual ASICs.
Thank my lucky stars I didn't upgrade to Monarchs, I'd still be hanging around BFL forums getting force-fed BS from Josh.
actually for me stupid worked..sent them 1964usd august 2013 upgraded my april 65mm stuff to 900gh monarch stuff...felt really dumb *also read chicken thread in desperation* dumb luck intervened (sonny's probation hearing) and i got my monarch's refunded because more then 6 months and 1 day panic refund offer that I jumped at man being 'stupid' back then really paid off with a Titan and 'no refund' the chickens so to speak may have come home to roost.....(honest i paid for the Titan when KNC still had a reputation of sorts ..in 2 weeks it all went to hell ..and I'm sitting around feeling like I got poll axed) maybe there is a 9 month or so limit on how honest you can be as an asic manufacturer ...after that wamo...you go to the dark side! Just to remind some people, I reported KNC were running this banner on google in February: So every order they took b4 February *has* to ship before Q2 ends, right? As there is supposed to be one month between batch 1 & 2, they have already missed their deadline for shipping all batch 1 rigs. So you should be getting your free hashing now, right? Right? lol Anyway, enjoy the "rumour has it knc are going to ship any day now". It's all misleading propaganda to distract those waiting. You'll be hearing a lot of that from kfc over the next months. Regarding that thread on the knc forum someone posted a link to, I found this the funniest quote: KNC has gone from "under promise and over deliver" to "make not binding offers and deliver as late as lawsuits allow".

June has 30 days: 1-10 = early June 11-20 = mid June 21-30 = late June
No cloud hashing at this moment = screwing their customers over once again

because they've already taped out(although we have not seen a pic), and an ASIC is much less complex than your everyday GPU. I would really appreciate seeing a 20nm wafer for the first time.... c'mon KNC?

Lol, semantics! June has 30 days: 1-15 = early June 16-30 = late June Actually: 1-15 = first half of June 16-30 = second half of June When you say early June you mean beginning of June. 15th of June is definitely not beginning of June as it is already mid-June

New Neptune ASIC Card: https://www.kncminer.com/news/news-89Neptune Wafers Have Left the Building: https://www.kncminer.com/news/news-90There is not mention in KNC's news updates when the Neptune's will be released in June, so relax. Things are looking ugly at kncminer, they are deleting their customers posts in regards refunds, refunds taking several months, super jupiters customers being scammed with used and faulty equipment. Thats not good, they are doing the same sort of thing that BFL was well known for doing. They also lowered the guarantee from 1 year to 3 months, taken down all references to the 1 year guarantee. It seems they may be planning on filing for bankruptcy and taking all the bitcoins with them. It would be a good idea to track their bitcoin wallets in case something goes really wrong. Here is an example of a removed post, this one is in regards the old 1 year warranty http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:zv3aAqwHUYgJ:forum.kncminer.com/forum/resellers-affilicates/general-questions/43923-important-quote-from-other-user-we-all-need-to-read/page2+&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=uk&lr=lang_de|lang_en&client=firefox-a Here is a link about a refund that is gone: http://forum.kncminer.com/forum/resellers-affilicates/general-questions/43923-important-quote-from-other-user-we-all-need-to-read/page2Ironically the link was provided by a knc moderator, as it can be seen in the page below. The link originates from this page which is still there: http://forum.kncminer.com/forum/main-category/hardware/41492-kncminer-uses-fine-print-claims-in-terms-and-conditions-to-avoid-refunds/page2There is another link on this forum where people are tracking down refund delays: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=601855.40It looks really ugly, it is not time to relax a neptune costs 10 to 13k and it will not ROI, since it is only rated at 3 TH/s, and late on delivery, and refunds are moving at an extremely slow pace.
