Good afternoon. Mooncoin is undervalued now. Someone can buy it with Dogecoin or Litecoin in prices under to 1 satoshi...I start to buy again. My goal is an increase in my position by 50% - 100%... Smiley

I agree that it´s undervalued here since the development is ongoing and making progress. waiting for some good times ahead

I think the confusion comes from calling folks investors.  The fact is that the token or coin is in demand because it is useful.  Not because some return on investment is guaranteed.

I think the confusion comes from calling folks investors.  The fact is that the token or coin is in demand because it is useful.  Not because some return on investment is guaranteed.

Investing isn't just about expecting a guaranteed financial return. I can invest into books, cars, or rare baseball cards for example and
those could easily be worth more or less value as time goes on. There have been a few people on the Discord that have invested their
time into helping Mooncoin while having no Mooncoin of their own. Etc.

Mooncoin currently has no real word use other than just being a base functioning digital coin. I can send you Mooncoin, you can send me Mooncoin, and
we can trade things like physical goods, USD or other crypto for Mooncoin and hold Mooncoin. That's it. It's current form is the most base expectation you can get
from a cryptocurrency. Yes, Smartlikes/Moonlite is technically *there* but it's pretty much in Alpha and it's difficult to find any real use out of it atm.

Once the hardfork has happened, the update is out and extensions are made available to program on top of the blockchain with, THEN we'll see some
fantastic things happening for Mooncoin. Smiley

Hello all,

This is probably the post that you've been waiting for.
Please take all precautions necessary with newly released software (backup your existing chains/wallet before use).

https://github.com/mooncoindev/mooncoin-0.13/releases/tag/0.13.3

Please 'put it through its paces' and report any issues on the thread.
If all is well within the week, we will begin approaching existing pools/exchanges; to migrate entirely to the new codebase.
I've also had some questions in regard to mining on the new algorithm; however once a clear-cut decision has been made (to progress with codebase or not), I will release further information.

it is happening on other threads right now too ^^^

if there can be shown to be 99 or more people working together the project can be deemed a decentralized corp IMO and thusly the mooncoins a security.  This is a result of the 1934 law designed to break the legs of any future competition to the dollar.. Comments are my own.  Peace on earth!

Important!
It's strongly recommended to send all your MOON to paper wallets. Please use 10-20 paper wallets and never disclosure your private keys to anyone.
At the OP there are links to detailed information on how to create paper wallets.
Especially you need it if you are new to crypto and don't understand much about wallet.dat, backing up of wallet dat, synchronising of wallet, network, blockchain, forks etc.
If you don't understand how to use paper wallets even after reading the info, feel free to ask questions.
Paper wallets will protect you against issues with a new wallet (if there are any). If you have 10-20 paper wallets, then you will be able to import keys step by step to the new wallet after it's well tested and established in the future.
Please do it before November, 21-22 (estimated time of arrival of the block 1,165,000).

Currently buying things or services even with Bitcoin is still quite exotic.
Mooncoin is in use for tipping in the Mooncoin community.
It's planned to try to add more real use with projects on top of Mooncoin blockchain, e.g. SmartLikes and MoonWord.
You can use MoonWord right now. Other projects will be launched later by Mooncoin enthusiasts.
There is a delay with other projects as people were waiting for the new release since this summer.

Thanks. It looks good. The only thing I noticed was it's missing the close and minimize buttons in the upper right corner.

Hi all,

This is intentional and looks much neater; the reason this doesnt become an issue, is because you can actually grab the wallet (by clicking anywhere on its face) and dragging it directly.

mebagger: None of these are issues; the seeds will be revisited once we make a decision to go forward with this code or not.
