The other more profitable coins are much harder to turn to fiat currency though, aren't they?
Excuse me if I'm wrong, still a newb waiting for my July batch for my first miner.
Newb question. The 500Mh/s that it mines litecoins, does it mine with 500MH/s other scrypt coins too or the hashrate is different?
The hashrate is the same - doesnt matter what SCRYPT coin you mininig. Almost every altcoin needs to be changed for Bitcoin and that changed to USD or EUR or whatever - you have to choose coin what has a good liquidity to BTC. It doesnt apply to LTC cos you can sell it for FIAT at Bitstamp and some other exchanges directly. Many very new arent at many exchanges so the liquidity is low if any. |

The coin you mine does not matter, the different pools you join will affect hashrate but not the coin. |

I got a shipping confirmation 3 days ago that my miner is ready to ship before the 15th in first buy first ship basis. But 3 days after, it hasn't shipped and no new mails. |

Its important to check if the coin is on good market like poloniex.com or btc-e.com. Poloniex is best, no problem with trading any coin they accept. |

Its important to check if the coin is on good market like poloniex.com or btc-e.com. Poloniex is best, no problem with trading any coin they accept. Yeah pretty much figured. For example CHNcoin is almost 3 times more profitable than LTC but nowhere to actually echange it with a more popular crypto to sell it! Yep BTC-E is my favorite! I don't know what about in your country but here is still July 13th.
Why would you expect to receive it sooner?
Because they actually told me so haha |

I have a miner to sell for the july-aug batch, would you like to purchase my miners? 100ltc takes it Mate, simple mathematics tell me to wait  I mine at the current hash 27 ltc/month this is 54 till i get mine in september with 43LTC... this is 3 LTC profit if the hash remains the same i everyone know it will raise with the batches that will arrive till September. so the mining profit will be even less. Now for a real answer if someone can tell me about antminer L3+ i will appreciate it. Thanks. |

One of the better calculators out there is here: https://bitcoinwisdom.com/litecoin/calculator3% difficulty increase and ~90 days start time (buying it now) along with the other changes (504MH, 800W, $0.1KW/h, 40LTC cost) ROIs before the end of the year. 3% might be optimistic or pessimistic. |
