Almost certainly several days after 1st of August, as they have disabled BTC payments for several days. Also preobably hoping of BTC price drop to get more money out of it. Typical play by Jihan.

So would say some miners might come available on 4th, but most lilkely 7-8. Maybe even 9th as Searing suggested.

While you probably will ROI D3 but realisticly DASH will only be minnable coin. As rest are too small and you won't be able to mine shitcoins. L3+ on other hand are good for minning shitcoins.

Ahh i see, so the D3 cannot mine the same way as the L3+ then?

I've ordered mine 3 weeks ago, paid bank transfer, and my order is still not confirmed - shows as "paying/valid"
Contacted Bitmain twice, first answer was to read FAQ, second is still not replied.
So I have £6000 gone from my bank account and no assurance what is going on.
How long you guys had to wait until order is processed if paid by bank transfer?

I went through this on my first order. DO NOT WORRY. International wire transfers are slower than anything on earth. The Chinese bank has the funds and until Bitmain picks those funds from the "intermediary bank" and credits it to their own, they do not recognize the payment. I put myself through all kinds of Hell because was not aware of this. Bitmain gets SO many of these requests they just largely ignore them because there is nothing they can do until they see the money on their computer screen. It took 28 days for mine!! I know it's scary but I promise you, you are ok. They are  not ripping you off. Once they see the money in their system, they'll update your order status.

You only live once....if you do it right, once is enough.

Thanks Ben, I'm just hopping they reserved several antminers, for my order, when I ordered they were still selling them for more than a week, and now they are sold out.

Not to worry. They keep making them. They will not run out. The down times when they are on  "back or pre-order" is just the break they take while making more inventory. These boys are on a ROLL!

My best guess is that the long pole for new batches is probably access to the ASICS. While Bitmain buys a lot of chips from our perspective, they are small potatoes to the silicon foundries. If there is a lot of demand for ASIC silicon from the foundry's tier 1 customers, then Bitmain gets pushed down the list. Bitmain also orders chips in small(ish) quantities so that they don't get stuck with inventory that they can't sell if demand suddenly dries up (as you might see if a competitor releases much more efficient miner). Once Bitmain has the chips, I'm assuming that the time to build the miners is relatively short.

No mining at the moment.

L3+ auto re-start by itself every few hours or 10s hours of running.

Is this normal or any idea what is causing the restart? as I dont see any log for specific error.

However, my hashboard 3 always get the some HW error. The temperature should be within the accepted range of not going beyond 72/73 on No1 and others below 68.

Just hope this is not the sign of RMA coming.

Mine do the same thing.  The longest I have seen it up and running is about 2 1/2 days but on average I would say it reboots about every 20 hours on its own and I've been running mine since June like that.

I have a 'hot wallet' to move stuff and bitcoin-qt or litecoin-qt on my laptop to move crypto around

for cold wallet storage...(stuff I want keep safe long term) I have 'virgin' paper wallets ..who have never touched the internet Smiley

The main ones in a 'safety deposit box' at the bank Smiley

thus I dump stuff to hold long term to them (in plastic in a safety deposit box) ..that means ONLY funds can go in not out....

the hot wallets move the stuff back and forth

a paper wallet will get made to move significant amounts 1x to either the hot wallet or the cold storage wallets for payments etc

I always clean my hot wallets out to a fresh virgin wallet if it gets in the 100's of $$ to be safe

I never leave ANY crypto on my laptop or on www.coinbase.com or any other exchange

I might have 200 to 300 usd on a blockchain wallet for a quick buy of something (but realize this is not safe) but that is about it

in other words, I use paper wallets to move funds accordingly to not keep any crypto on my laptop wallet nor in a hot wallet I can't afford

in that I REALLY REALLY try to HOARD BTC and LTC....and/or get ASIC equipment...my needs are modest and I only have to look at any of this

moving about in paper wallet action maybe once every 4-6 weeks..the mining dumps into a virgin paper wallet for eventual use with the above

odd perhaps...but works for me .and more importantly if it hits the 'cold paper wallets' 'Virgin' never touched the inet' in the safety deposit box

well....that stops me from spending too much ..it goes there ..it stays there (mainly because it keeps me honest and a pain in the ass to go

and move etc.....guilt of saving via the use of paper wallets and safety deposit boxes ...saves me much crypto 'bored' in the middle of the nite Smiley

anyway what I do...but again...my needs are modest and mostly hoard ..either for ASIC equip or into the cold storage wallet so this is NOT

too inconvenient for me Smiley
