I have been running my L3+ units for months non stop with no issues. I even have the fan output down to under 50% due to the noise. Works fine. They have a setting to auto-shut down if temperature raises over 80 degrees C. Rock solid miner My L3s work fine too but they reboot on their own. Most of them do that once per day but two units reboot every few hours. There not many HW errors and no issues with the hash boards. Not sure what might be causing that. Temperature is around 55C. I had the same issue. I was in the July batch and once I uploaded the image onto the august version, my chip temp lowered around 5-10°C and the reboots stopped completely. Now I have miners running for 10 days without a single problem. can you please upload the July's firmware? I want to test out. One of my L3+ is behaving weirdly. Always CHIPS temp showing 70%, despite putting on 90% of fan power.

Still worth to buy Antminer L3+ when ever it comes back on stock?
go ahead, what is stopping you ? its far cheaper than re-sellers and scalper price.

You are too late in the game. L3+ is profitable until March 2018 and it does not ROI in time once you get them, not worth the investment

Just go to bitmains download page

I had an issue with two L3's suddenly showing offline ASICs across all boards. Bitmain advised to re-flash them and they've been good ever since. Version installed was the same but the issue still disappeared it seems. Maybe helps? Weird, but that seems to help. Re-flashed with the same (latest) version that was already installed and now they are running for 24 hours nonstop.

Any suggestions on using some other PSUs on the L3+. I forgot to order PSU from bitmain for the November batch. Will any 1200W PSU from amazon work on it or do some work better? Not interested in spending $350 for just a name brand.
sidehack psu kits https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=940317.0see the "DPS1200 PSU Kit". Sidehack does not recommend that kit for L3+

The ROI will take a long time with these, that is sure. Maybe even 2 years. Why do you think they are "not profitable in March" anymore ? To have that scenario happen, the market would have to be flooded waaay more than it is.

Hi, does anybody here use multipool.us or something else then granatgas? I'm on granatgas now, but I mine quite a lot of strange scrypt coins with low volumes, so I'm thinking of switching (I don't like prohashing).

If you look at the link I provided it shows how difficulty increases by 15% every month By looking at current difficulty and the estimat L3+ will not pay its electricity in 2018 ROI in 2 years will not happen as electricity will cost more than income

The data from there is from May. It does not take into account that you can mine more than just litecoin. If you mine litecoin only, you are an ideallist or a noob, you cannot calculate profit by looking at LTC only. Thats like looking at greece and saying the Europe will die soon. You are getting ~ 20$ / day out of L3+ as of today. To make it simple let us assume diff-increase in % = profit-decrease in %. This is not neccesarily the case. With a decrease of 15% on that number you have a different angle. Mo 2 you are at 17$ / mo 3 14.45 $ / mo 4 12$ So you have 600$ / 500$ / 433$ / 360$ -> 1893$ (minus 400$ elec) -> 1493 $ @ 4 mo It is getting more and more flat over time - that is sure. I am too lazy to calculate it all here but you see in march it for sure is not dead, yet.

Old Style Legacy Plug & Play BBS System. Get it from www.synchro.net. Updated 1/1/2021. It also works with Windows 10 and likely 11 and allows 16 bit DOS game doors on the same Win 10 Machine in Multi-Node! Five Minute Install! Look it over it uninstalls just as fast, if you simply want to look it over. Freeware! Full BBS System! It is a frigging hoot!:)

... you used an old and iaccurate report to look into the future too late to assign blame to someone else Ok, I admit, I dont want you guys buying any more L3+ to decrease profits! I dont have l3+ yet myself instead I ordered d3 and s9 now I regret I did not get l3+ But maybe I’ll order one once they become available again But it may not be worth it. Havent decided yet! In your opinion these are profitable for full next year?

Try mining-dutch.nl or hash-to-coins.com

The first two problems might occur because you do not have a stable amp. That could be because your outlet is shit, you run on 110V or simply because your PSU is either broken or some cables got loose. I would try to unplug it and then re-plug everything. That might do the trick. You can also just lay the miner on the side that the cables don't bend If that all does not help, you got a broken board and need to send it back to warranty (unless you OC it)
