I've been using this pool for about a week and it's been great.  I especially like the json stats.  I have one suggestion.  You should add the Payout History Total to the json stats.  I would find that very useful.

thanks

I just registrated just for this answer Wink

2 reasons I had:

1: (not really a reason, but:) - Try to restart your computer!

2: Bitcoin is not "Up to date" - not really the version but the pakages. I got the same arror message until bitcoin downloaded all pakages required.

Skar

Any chance we could get worker submitted shares in the JSON stats ?

It would help a lot to notice at a glance if one of the workers has a problem or if anyone else has a solution for worker monitoring.

I'm sorry for being lazy and not reading the thread first but it's 140 pages long.

Two blocks identified as block 129311:

5252 2011-06-08 04:56:58 0:48:13 727119 0.00017760 129311  59 confirmations left
5251 2011-06-08 04:08:46 0:21:13 310639 0.00075396 129311  59 confirmations left

5251:  http://blockexplorer.com/block/00000000000001745e623a046b3005184d55e8e8d8af023e3c95c9ef7d56792f
5252:  http://blockexplorer.com/block/000000000000180ae4203279d7f30a12d9030aff4b836fd2fa822cb0c5877f4d

So 5251 is identified as 129311 and 5252 is identified as 129312.

Stats bug?

I got a weird question.  I've run some tests on mining solo vs. pooled (in Slush's), but I'm finding that on average I see about 20% more "Accepted Shares" per hour when I mine solo versus when I'm in the pool.  There's no difference in the MH/sec and I've run the test with the same card about 24 hours in the pool and 24 hours solo.

So, does that have any bearing on finding a block?  I know the pros of working in a pool vs. solo, but would I theoretically have a 20% greater chance at finding a block solo with that 20% increase in accepted shares?

Hi

How do I register my worker on mining.bitcoin.cz please?
I have an account and provided my address, tried to compile cpuminer-1.0.1 which is complaining about libcurl even though it is installed (libcurl3 on Debian squeeze).
So I want to run the standard squeeze bitcoind V 0.3.20.2 with mining.bitcoin.cz
How do I register my worker?

Thanks

Hope I understood your question right as english is not my native language - but I will try to give you an answer:

Login to your account (click on "my account" on mining.bitcoin.cz")
Next scroll down to the bottom of the page, there should be a link called "register new worker".
Then just enter the name + password, click on save - then just clock on "back to profile" at the top of the page - and here wo go - worker registrated..

Well - again, hope that was the answer you expected - if not - shame on me Wink

I would love to see a graph showing the pool performance increase.  It seems to be increasing rather rapidly.  Everyone is joining the bandwagon.  Probably doesn't help that mtgox was trading at ~$30USD today.

Hi all,

Good to be here. Nice to see that I just splashed out on five 6990's just before Mt.Gox started taking a tumble. Ho hum.

Anyway, I was just wondering if there's a problem with payouts. My 'Confirmed reward' has been stuck at the same figure for some time (despite having had lots of blocks confirmed) and even though it is over my 'Send threshold', it hasn't been sent.

Anybody else seeing the same?

Niccy.

And, of course, as soon as I click 'post', the whole thing springs back into life, another BTC0.4 gets added to my Confirmed total and it pays out. Typical.

A tip for those who want text message notifications:

Use your phone number's email address as the notification email address.

I.e., I am on AT&T USA so my email would be xxxxxxxxxx@txt.att.net

I'm quite surprised no one has brought this up, I've seen multiple threads where people are asking for SMS notifications.

wow that's a great idea, thanks.  Grin

Had the same problem, but I now finally received payout. It seems like it's some bug or delay on the website front end or something like that. What's really weird though is that I still don't see the payment in my bitcoin wallet. Usually it shows up 30 seconds or max 1 minute after I receive the "payout notification" e-mail from slush's pool.

Thanks to anybody who can help
