Someone just payed out my 0.1btc from your pool.
Can you see if someone tried many passwords on my account? If no, I have a malware ._.
Thank you for your work, slush.

Nevermind, I didn't change the password on my email. Now I reset both password and I hope is all fine.

To all users of poclbm miner: Please update to current version, it fixes some bugs in handling HTTP connections, which improve overall performance.

To all users of phoenix miner: Please update from version older than 1.5 to current version 1.5, it fixes some network issues and help network performance, too.

Slush I must congratulate you on the pool's recent performance. Ever since you recovered from that ddos attack the pool has been remarkably stable and reliable. It was stable before too but recently I noticed absolutely no disconnects or downtime whatsoever.

Just noticed this post about upgrading to phoenix 1.5 - almost done upgrading all my miners. It may help btw to post a notice at the top of the members page or on the site for the people that do not visit this thread.

Damn! I've just upgraded the phoenix and while doing this (2 minutes?) the long round ended. Guess what - I got less than HALF of the normal income. I know, its the score, I know. But this really sucks.

To all fellow miners:

Take a look at this post http://forum.bitcoin.org/index.php?topic=23067.0 I've implemented it and have gotten a substantial boost to my MHash/sec.

You all might want to consider this.

1.
Anyone know why the difference between my Total reward and confirmed reward is increasing? (ATM I have 0.32 Unconfirmed reward, 0.88 Confirmed reward, 1.2 total reward, and 0.009 Estimated reward).

2.
Why do I need to use the same flags on each miner (GPU) using phoenix miner? If I dont do it my HD 5850 isnt going to work properly (full speed, but 2x less shares than my HD 6850)

My slow 5670 generates a share every about every minute, that means 3 minutes per share up to 3 shares per minute. With respect to the score based system, I get ~0.0005 to ~0.003 BTC per round depending on submission time of the last share. This is a very high jitter though it averages to 0.001BTC in my case.

And yes - it sucks, esp. when the round took about 4 hours and you only get 0.0002BTC.

this depends on how rewards are confirmed through the completion and validation of blocks, it can happen every now & then to take a bit longer but it'll be sorted in 12-24 hours maximum Smiley

Hi, i get many errors (since updating to new Guiminer Huh)

I'm getting stuff like this "no more backup pool left , using primary and starting over" and very often "problem communicating with bitcoin rpc" ...

using guiminer with poclbm miner ...

any idea Huh

UPDATE / SOLVED

Going back to older version of guiminer solved the problem ...with 5% less mining power  Undecided

Please implement that ntime shizzle...
About half my shares are rejected, and that's NOT A GOOD DEAL FOR ME!
I might have to find another pool if you wont...

half rejected is indeed bad. can you update more often perhaps.

Update more often? I don't really get what you mean.. If you mean update the miner, then I'm already at the newest version of DiabloMiner...
The reason I use DiabloMiner is that it is the only one that works optimally for me... The others just crash
Try switching to previous version, the last one is broken (uses time rolling without checking if the pool supports it).

Hi

switched from BTCGUILD since they are getting DDOS.  I am getting much less BTC compared to BTCGUILD and I added an extra card to the mining!

Hi

Hmm, that may be because BTCGUILD has no fees. Slush has 2% fees.

Hi

My earning is about 10% lower than expected for the past 24 hours, but not out of the ordinary.  Averaged over the past 4 days, I've gotten exactly as expected.  I don't think it's anything to be worried about.  I've gotten a few idle warnings, but only lasting a few seconds.

In the past 24 hours, the pool got 28 blocks instead of the 34 expected based on the hashrate.  Bad luck.  Tomorrow will likely be better.

Wow, I switched to slush while BTCguild is down.

With BTCguild I get _maybe_ 1% rejections, typically less over a long period of time. With slush, I'm getting 10% rejections. I verified this with several versions of mining software.

Is this a simple reality of the distance between me and the pool? It's only 80 ms away, so that would surprise me.

Hi

I do not know what is going on with this pool but I get much much more BTC with btcguild and deepbit pools.  I have left because something is just not right.
