lol who takes this much time to talk bad about an ICO, Franco as people can see your clearly your a scammer. Your word dose not hold any weight, your a scammer for a living? that just sits and trolls on peoples pages all day long, while your waiting on your next scam.

Considering the effort that has been done by the company. I don't think this is a good idea for investors to refund their money.

Whether you are with us or not, Centra has already made a promise that we would be on major exchanges sooner or later.

Try to look at TenX and Monaco, they don't have a working product/cards during their launch and yet their tokens performed quite good on exchanges. It's a win-win situation for the founder of these two company and the investors despite that lack of products that the team needed to show to the investors.

In the counterpart, Centra has a working products/card which is shipping out already to early contributors plus an application to easily control your funds in and out of your cards, perform Cryptocurrency exchange and also gain access to your funds anytime. cbay.io is also coming soon-a marketplace on cryptocurrency community, much like ebay. Which would surely boost the marketcap of CTR Tokens.

But who am I to stop you asking for a refund, it's your money and you have all the rights to ask for it. What I suggest is that you think first before doing such action. I think that fear is consuming you right now because of this things coming up, the team did everything and answer down to the very last questions and doubt that has been thrown at the them. Whether you like it or not, Centra will go on the developments despite this allegations.
