Those are normal warnings/erros when you are catching up. They are the most current blocks, that you have not been able to connect yet. But they shouldn't prevent you from continue to sync, they only slow you down a bit.

Can you restart the client and then grab those debug.log. Or scroll back till you get the the last start and go forward from there.

Also I would double check your clock , make sure it is in sync with NIST, and you have the correct timezone set on your computer.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

system time is always synched. also no other altcoin wallet has issues.

i deleted both db.log and debug.log and restarted the client.
interesting couple lines just showed up in db.log
-------
Lock table is out of available lock entries
Lock table is out of available lock entries

here is debug.log:

googling the "lock table out of entries" i came up with adding a file DB_CONFIG
containing the following:
---------
set_lg_dir database
set_lk_max_locks 80000
set_lk_max_objects 120000
----------

deleted the db.log and debug.log and restarted.
no more complaints about lock entries, but still not synching. so i leave it running a while and just came back
to check on it.
it had unwound itself from july 19th to late june! and was (very slowly) synching. should be interesting if it gets past july 19th this time...

[update: well, it took a little over two hours to sync the first 21 days of july. but it got past the 19th where the original
problem was. still slowly synching. i'm guessing i had some post-fork blocks that needed cleaning up first and it couldnt do
the cleanup until it had enough lock resources?? or perhaps sunspots Smiley ]

Tranz and Flound -

you guys should cut that up and make it the splash would look about 1 to 2 million times better than the current.

if yo give me the  pix parameters i can bang something up

i.e 640x 480 or 1200 x 740

everyone uses the "please stand by" these days  - "we are suing the crypto currency market ! "

I do like that splash screen. Very cool.

If you want to know the sizes for the splash and icons. Just grab the source and it is under src/qt/res

Hi Tranz and Caps lovers -

here is the PSD files of the Caps images - plus these Jpgs - i made a few Splashes personally the "twisted" one is my fav

but as all the layers are in the PSD - go crazy anyone that wants to have a go..

https://mega.co.nz/#F!5kJyQLZZ!Dse6KHa9r3tmtlXef5RfDQ

all images are same pix as flash from master you linked me -

^^ i like this

but this is cool -

Also that is in there are a free floating object on a PSD layer - so that can be resized use etc.

have fun !

Very nice thanks.

I think the first one should work. Does anyone have a preference? If not I can upload those and create a new client release sometime here soon.

I like the splash screens I have seen here.

One of the the visual updates in CCE3.5 is the use of splash screens or backgrounds provided by a sponsor.

All of the explorer components are going to use a "frosted glass" type background  so it appears they are floating above the background image.

I will probably use Bottlecaps as one of a couple of explorers to show off CCE3.5 because of the splash screen ideas presented so far.

Does anybody have a favourite they would like to see?
