Any numbers?
Group buys sections tells the truth, miner shares Huge number of knc Big number of bitfury Some of hashfast, cointerra bfl and avalon Little of xcrowd Only one vmc fast hash group buy, 256Gh/s Failed miserably... There is no discussion about vmc miners in custom hardware forum due to one self moderated, mostly censored, unanswered thread. Sorry, i forgot. There is one topic started by nigerian guy laughing at VMC 357k usd miner. On securites forum there is a post about mining shares and ipos, vmc was not mentioned. More Notes From Ken's Underground please.

http://vmctest.comDO NOT PLACE ORDERSFew notes:-The support page is laid out but inoperative. -Ordering through Coinbase does work. -Pricing is not indicative of current prices. -Footer is not fleshed out. -Emails come through with HTML, since an SMTP mail server was not hooked up to it. Built it in 3 weeks while home from work staying up to 4 am most nights. Fully AJAX (quick loads, no page refreshes) Logo:hazryder https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=84063Splash:knybe https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=24307Notes:Check out the Fast-Hash Builder on the products page. Fully mobile. Offered this to Ken 2 weeks ago for free, since it was supposed to coincide with the press release. This was turned down because it did not run off of the PrestaShop shopping cart software. The way the 2 are built makes them completely incompatible. I offered again to make the Prestashop modules for free, but was turned down. He has the same design team that did the SEO on the current site, working on the rebuild (I'm told that he was rebuilding it, all I have seen changed so far is the splash and the ... logo). It doesn't have a robust back end. That could have been built out in the future.

So who bought preorders from ActiveMining? Do we have a rough estimates? Or at least forum members saying they did?
Considering "All Specification Subject To Changes Without Notice." it's a bold bet.
Read and ask is it a badly crafted scam or real offer... Hashing Cards: Select the hashing speed you want to purchase, the correct number of hashing card(s) will automaticly be ordered. Our ASIC is being developed using eASIC Fast Turnaround NEW ASICs The base unit allows for up to 2 cards and goes from 64 GH/s to 384 GH/s Pre-Order Terms: This is a pre-order. 28nm ASIC products are shipped according to placement in the order queue, and delivery may take 3 months or more after order. This equipment is solely intended for use in commercial environments. This product will be shipped directly from the United Satates. You will be responsible for all Duties and Taxes. All Specification Subject To Changes Without Notice. This product is covered by our Limited Replacement Only Return Policy and our DOA Policy.
Sales went well... Compare this crap to knc cointerra hashfast websites... Lol

Well this is more like it. There's a few areas that could be improved upon but it's a very promising design, especially the FastHash-one builder page. It's a shame Ken's opted for his 1990's throwback design instead. Maybe if I pitched him something with more Comic Sans and scrolling marquee's it'd be more to his liking.

I'm an engineer, not a designer Understandable, it's a far better design than I've seen most developers put together.

Pretty good work, especially if done for free. Good job on the logo / home image, for the other users. You should definitively consider doing it for real bitcoins. +1 Good work, lewicki.

Not the finished article and doesn't include the proper content etc, but shows you the plan. One of the big things was the builder.

What? You get tipped just because you did some webby visual stuff? You git! Taking all the credit!!!
Joking apart, I wish we could talk about and show everything we've done but we can't. However, at least you guys can see we really did have a web plan. In particular, we wanted to replace the store which we really don't like for numerous reasons, and the builder was a way of making it less complex at least. And we would have made bitcoin pricing and purchase obvious!
