Emails are not answered, on twitter I got ignored, and even on here I got Ignored with 2 pending withdrawals worth of €26000+, I asked just 2 simple questions can you please answer my ticket?

Only 1 withdrawal is processed, where is my second withdrawal? I am waiting now 9+ days.

Dear Mr Cex, today I received my withdrawal of 16 November, however wrong amount is sent, funds are sent in USD instead of EUR!! Because of this mistake of you I still need to receive the missing amount of €2180 , As it is a mistake on your side and I have already waited a long time since 16 November for my money I hope you can send the rest of the funds as soon as possible.

Okay thank you, because I did not received any response for whatsoever for 1 week (Got USD, instead of EUR, withdrawal was SEPA in EUR!) , if support would have send me an e-mail that they are investigating it, it would reassured me. Now I just felt ignored and need to ask on social media for a response.

Why withdraw to my verified card is pending more than 2 days now? seriously?  i pay fee for this shi* service? 1 month ago was instantly. No answer from support
confirm withdrawal or refund to balance. I can use another exchange

Hi,

I've been using cex.io since 2013 (the account is also verified), mainly trading without problems until I started withdrawing money. The first withdrawal of £7,500 on 2017-06-07 come through about 14 days later, after chasing the support team about it.

A subsequent withdrawal on 2017-06-23 (to the same bank account) is still yet to come through (more than 2 months now!!). Several weeks, after making the withdrawal request, I was unable to login to my account when I started chasing up on it, the reason I was unable to login was because my account email address wasn't verified?? This seemed very suspicious, as everything had already been verified, I still haven’t received an explanation of why this happened. The support team apparently tried sending me verification emails, none of these I received. Eventually, I had to go through the process of changing the account email address which involved submitted various information about myself and my account.

Once I had access to the account, I continued requesting more information about the withdrawal, so far I have received very little concrete evidence that a transfer of funds was requested. I’ve been told that “We can request a SWIFT confirmation from our bank, but please kindly note that this request can be processed from 2 to 3 working weeks by the our bank. Also the request for SWIFT confirmation is paid service. If these conditions are suitable for you, we will send the request on SWIFT confirmation.” I this responded by asking how much this would cost (2017-08-24), I have yet to hear back!

Also the team that initially respond to the tickets seem to to struggle to understand basic explanations, they get confused very easily and don’t seem to read the history of tickets. So every other time, I reply, I have explain everything to them in the message, so that I don't have to wait another 5 days for an actual meaning full response. I’ve tried to be brief, by omitting lots of other issues have I’d had with while trying to understand what’s happened to my money.

The handling of this situation has been extremely poor, whether from incompetence or dishonest behaviour. If it's the former, I expect matters to be escalated and corrected swiftly, otherwise I'm left with no option but to pursue legal action. I can PM my login and anything else you need. Just a quick update on my previous post above, I did eventually manage get the money out in early November, so I'm happy about that. There were some extra charges with reference of 'CRYPTO SPOLKA Z* TFR' of £6. I did query CEX about it but havn't received a clear answer.

Hi Support,

I made two Zcash withdrawals yesterday and it's almost 24hrs and still "transaction is being processed". Did you run out of Zcash?

I have had a smooth experience till this issue and it's bugging me because I needed to make an urgent payment yesterday.

This is unacceptable. What I don't get is the card deposits came through fine but withdrawals are pending payment verification. What does that even mean guys?

If there's a possibility to cancel the transaction so I use different method pls advise.

My user ID  is up104347179. Please fix this quickly.

I got a response from Finanace Team (Ticket ID: 397454) to double check the incoming transfer (amount and currency) in my local bank. I have again send all details and bankstatement showing I received USD (including USD fee) and not EUR.

As you undersyand I am waiting now almost 1 month for my deposit. I would like to know when I will get the remaining amount.
Please let your finance team double this transaction on your side and you will see that USD is sent and not EUR.........

@cex please tend to my ticket Request #485138 . I was rejected for a withdrawal via bank account and soon after I got an email stating that I needed to fill in a pdf stating my sources of income and whatnot. I'm just trying to sell a few btc I mined 3 years ago and don't want so much hassle. I submited the PDF and now I'm waiting for answer.

PS: My credit card was deleted from my account, why is that ?

It took about 3 weeks for me back in the spring.
It depends on how loaded they are....
They will do it eventually, just be patient.

A friend of mine issued a deposit on CEX.IO via SEPA transfer in the amount of 2k€, using a new, verified account.
The transfer has been issued on November 20th, but as of today no money have been credited in the CEX.IO account. Furthermore, they do not reply to ticket requests.

It seems a common thing to be target of background checks from the authorities, as other people are reporting similar stories on the Internet.
Aside from the upset (BTC more than doubled since the transfer), there should always be a way to contact an exchange: if you want my money I need to trust you, and there can't be trust without communication.

If some from CEX.IO is out there, please take care of this ticket: MEEQRK-RDE9.

Beginners, always check and inform yourself before choosing an exchange.

will be approved during 3 days

So 3 days went already, but no money in account

Does anyone experience a problem "Credit card Rejected" when withdraw on Visa/Mastercard?

The answer, I received from support:
I will clarify your issue, it was about withdrawal limits of your payment card, not account:
card_visa payment (withdrawal) has been rejected by ECP with code: '121', reason: 'Decline, exceeds withdrawal amount limit.
Please contact your bank to solve this issue.

I've contacted my bank, and they said there is no any limit on my credit card.

I suppose, there is a limit on card withdrawals at Cex.io, even if your account is verified.

What do you think?

I transfered XRP to my Cex.io account.
A few minutes after I made the transaction, the Ripple network confirmed my transaction.
Now, hours later, my XRP is still not credited to my account.
I tripple checked the deposit address and destination tag. - all correct.

The customer service does not respond (ticket492295).

I would recommend you to stay away from cex.io  Cry

CEX.IO is ranked 51 out of 52 in the category Currency Exchange

CEX.IO is ranked 39 out of 43 in the category Electronic Payment

Been your customer for over 4 years now and waiting for over 12 days for ADVANCED VERIFICATION now and also you have removed my current verified status blocking my money inside thus I can't trade.
Wgich exchange removes current verification level to upgrade omg?  Will you help?
I haven't been addressed it is 14 days now. Their twitter team responds to every stupid query but mine!

XRP disappeared completely from Balance TAB!
There is no Deposit/Withdraw options anymore but just earlier I was checking the deposit address!

You should have been warned us you suspend the coin in-outs while we keep sending coins to you like a bunch of idiots!

We can clearly see the block explorer you have received my 500 coins, I can see them there, you have received 27 million XRP from users already and you hold it for yourself???
Why you don't release it to our Balance !!!

What happens with these coins that were already sent?
