Emails are not answered, on twitter I got ignored, and even on here I got Ignored with 2 pending withdrawals worth of €26000+, I asked just 2 simple questions can you please answer my ticket?
Only 1 withdrawal is processed, where is my second withdrawal? I am waiting now 9+ days. Ticket ID: 405949

I have a Pending Bank transfer withdrawal for 3 days now, for how long should I expect to wait until they release it?
They used to make payments (release funds - ftom Pending to Completed) every day around mid day to late afternoon... Recently, since about one week, they are not doing it, it's just ocasionally once in 2-3 days they are paying... I'm saying it for sure, as I used to withdraw almost every day.. I am concerned because I think they are in serious trouble with liquidity, waiting deposits from other users so they can aford to pay the withdrawals... That could also be the reason they increased the fees dramatically which will further push traders away from their platform. Seems the company has a really bad management, bad support and bad customer care which will eventually lead to getting the doors closed sooner or later. I'm sad because I liked Cex, being with them since 4 or 5 years now... Apparently Cex stooped processing payments, the withdrawals status remain "Pending" for all my requests since last week and no update since ... Can anyone confirm the same situation? Also, Cex haven't answered on this topic since more then week ...

Good day fellow CEX.IO users here. I haven't been with this exchange for quite a long time now (probably 4-5 months away) and I'm just wondering if anything has been changed since then? I'm thinking of buying BTC again from this exchange using my credit card and would like to check if anyone has been experiencing any problem regarding this gateway? Feedback from those who used this gateway would be much appreciated.

Please can you get this processed as a matter of priority. Looking on the forums it seems many other customers are in the same position. You tout yourselves as 'the bitcoin exchange you can trust' but I'm finding that increasingly difficult to believe.
Just hurry up and credit my deposit! I called my bank and it went through same day, you have been holding my money for 10 days!!

(GOT USD INSTEAD OF EUR) (from IBAN: Y, so another IBAN) After 1 week of receiving USD instead of EUR. I got response to double check if I got USD and not EUR > E-mailed back with proof. Aftwe 2 weeks of receiving USD instead of EUR. I got response that they have double check and have send EUR and not USD. And asked me to contact bank and send them confirmation > E-mailed cex back with proof USD is send. Because Cex send me USD and not EUR, I still need to get remaing amount of €2180. 2 weeks further now and still no solution........

This is a scam. I've wired them 8000 EUR on 8 December and it's still not credited. There are literaly thousands of same reports on trustpilot, I wish I'd seen them before. Best case scenario this is a Ponzi scheme and they're paying people once newbies like me deposit money. Worst case scenario is, well, they're not paying anyone anymore. Anyway I've just filed criminal charges against them for fraud on https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/report-a-fraud-including-online-crime I advise other victims to do the same. We need to have them shut down. I wish we could file against the owners personally, but they're Ukrainian, not sure how to do that, anyone any experience there ?

I now just want to get my funds off this dodgy exchange ASAP . I'm hoping the bitcoin price bottoms out in the next couple of days so I can buy some at a fairly decent price. I wish everyone else here who is having issues with CEX the best of luck.

Best case scenario this is a Ponzi scheme and they're paying people once newbies like me deposit money. Worst case scenario is, well, they're not paying anyone anymore. To be fair though, if they actually got shut down, you would never see your money again? It's only been 13 days, some people have had to wait several months. I finally got them to credit my deposit by shit-posting about them all over their social media pages. I fear getting my funds off the exchange might be another story however.....

Hello, you have been replied by our Finance team, please check your ticket 7 days go after i made deposit and 3 days after finance email. No money in the account still I understand that you are busy, but can it be any info when money will be in? I am so sad about that CEX.IO either cancel my deposit so i get money to my bank account back or proceed with it. Because it is totally unacceptable I didn't get my deposit since 7 of december.
