The worst thing is that freebitco.in could be shutting down or changing owners soon because they are maybe in some problems with the law or with debt because this problems are happening now for months and nobody ever said anything besides that twitter post and they answered to users emails but said nothing really... it would be really bad if they happen to close because I have locked FUN on the site, cant imagine how many people have it locked on their site too

When Curacao made KYC mandatory, there were some casinos, like Metawin, that decided to change the country in which they are licensed in to avoid any problems. FreeBitco.in could have done something similar. They removed Curacao Interactive Licensing’s logo from their website right before the new regulation took effect. It could just be coincidence but I think it was done because they decided to no longer operate under Curacao’s authority.

We don't know if free btc changed their licence I hope they did.

I really thought all would be alright before the end of september but now we're almost at the end of october and WOF spins are not daily credited, and days to upgrade to the next premium membership level are not counted.

So far there was no signs that they're going to fix this issue. When they enabled Premium WoF spins few times it was more like false hope.
If any other service would have similar issue, I guess that most users would stop using them. Freebitco.in still have trust credit from their users after so many years in business, despite that issue is ongoing for few months already. Yes, they are having problems for whatever reasons and they may eventually quit if they are unable to get these issues fixed. But i will not call this act of them as exit scam. It would be much better if they can announce they are unable to continue and let people withdraw money.

You never know what will happen next. It's quite often thing when everything starts from small issues and then eventually grows up into huge problems. I wouldn't deny possibility of exit scam.

I dont know if this site is falling, maybe the crash of FUN caused all of it because FBC invested so much in it and the price fell so much they are now in debt.
I know for sure that if the business would to close they would lock all BTC on the site and exit scam all of us. Because if you break the rules for example use bot to spin it for you they will close your account and not pay out any satoshis that you deposited even if they were yours before and not scammed by using bots to spin it.  So people get banned and their funds taken, okay I know that they were breaking the rules but they can just block acc and let them withdraw just the same amount they deposited but no they take everything. Ideally if the spins cant be done automatically for whatever error is ongoing it remains an issue but should be done either manually or some kind of amalgamation for the month.   People dont tend to change much their qualification over a month, excluding the initial signup perhaps.  They could simplify and remove workload that way possibly, maybe the hamster ran out of juice powering the thing I dont know but its possible to lighten the load and keep players happy I'd think.

Strategies work only for a while on short run. If you keep trying to farm RPs in a frequent basis you will face harsh losses eventually, which can't be recovered through the RPs you are aiming. It's similar to farm rakeback at casinos in general. You can try different methods, such as raising winning chances to its maximum, or placing many 1 satoshi bets, but in the end you will conclude that losses are still superior to the RPs you managed to farm.

1250 doge isn't a big amount but the site you mentioned isn't related to freebitco and you were scammed by some phishing site. It is always important to verify the domain name so that you do not land on the wrong site.
