I want to say that the reason cloudbet has delayed this withdrawal is due to some issues with the location of this account. I am in contact with them and they are in the proccess of taking care of this issue. I will update this post as soon as I can. There is absolutely no scenario cloudbet gets their name clean after all of this. They could pay the user 330 bitcoins back and even pay him some interest on top of it but still that wouldn't clean their name. They have already wronged a customer at a height of 330 bitcoins, unless something major and shady comes up about the player then there is absolutely no way out of this wreckage for cloudbet.

Maybe that is exactly why they are not paying as well, they know well enough that their days are over already and if they pay him 330 bitcoins then they will be doing the right thing but short on 330 bitcoins while still not making the money back, if they paid him right away it wouldn't have been an issue but now even if they pay him no one will play here so they are just taking the 330 bitcoin profit and closing shop, at least that is what I assume could be going on.
