Any idea what could be causing this error? When it happens memorycoind terminates.

Code:
Running MemoryCoinMiner with 1 transactions in block (195 bytes)
Start Search
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'boost::exception_detail::clone_impl<boost::exception_detail::error_info_injector<boost::thread_resource_error> >'
  what():  boost::thread_resource_error: Resource temporarily unavailable

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

"Runtime Error" on all my win 32 computer
How can I do with this?

me too

Any more info on that?

Might be because you're trying to mine before the blockchain is downloaded.

I can run the client under 32-bit (Windows 7), but I cannot run in mining mode since it crashes.

Start Search is printed just before memory allocation - so I'd guess the system is not finding 1GB to allocate.

what does these lines mean:

found solution - 7 / 1968 / 2594605865

what are the numbers?
How can I see I found something in log?

main.cpp only shows on line 4673:
printf("proof-of-work found  \n  hash: %s  \ntarget: %s\n", hash.GetHex().c_str(), hashTarget.GetHex().c_str());

tried to find the line 'found solution', invisible?  Cool

Difficullty readjustement is too quick.
It doesn't take into account variance with only a 12 block check.

The result are very high jump and fall that have little correlation with real hashrate

Mega rollercoaster indeed; we're back at 30mn/block...

While I haven't had this issue with any other CPU coin, the second I set this one to mine, it basically crashes my ASIC devices.  Is there a reason I can't run these simultaneously?

what should be the RPC port: 1925 or 1968?

this

“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State BlockNet can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State BlockNet to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State BlockNet.” - Joseph Goebbels

You can import your balance by using your ProtoShares wallet with MemoryCoin. It is recommend that you transfer your balance to a fresh MemoryCoin wallet after import.

I'm not giving up so easily.  At this point the block rewards are crap compared to after the 48h period ends.  For anyone giving up now you might want to start up again at that point, but I'm just going to leave it going and get what I get.

freetrade i really hope there is some pool miner coming out in the next 48 hours.

frankly this should be standard practice for all new coins by now (just in general it's more fair to people that just devote a couple machines who do not have entire corporate rack servers or botnets)
