Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

I wan t to sell 300 MCC for 4 BTC , anybody interested pm please

WTF How you mine 300?Huh That isn’t luck
Possible botnet controller?
I would like to know how someone could get 300 mcc when most people are getting 1-1.5 rewards.
Unless we've ramped up to 280 rewards now. In which case, we seriously need a pool.

10PTS = 1 MMC at the beginning
oh riiight, freetrade mentioned that.
Forgot all about it.

All my machines combined little over 5, going at it since the moment it was available for download. Mind that these are also my GPU miners so i have decreased their efficiency so they don't decrease the GPU's.

The block seems so big with the long difficulty times.
At least with quick block rewards there is so many of them that the little guys have a chance of getting one, once in awhile.

Is this the price we pay to be asic resistant?

I do not run hefty setup at all its luck at this point without a pool.

I have a big problem with this coin.

"All balances from the original MemoryCoin as at block 8820 are transferred into the new blockchain at Block 1."

So what you are telling us is that the old version of memory coin is some how as valuable as this impossible to mine version? As valuable as 10 protoshares? I don't think so.

Bad call on that one, then again I'm not surprised.

This is a lottery. this is not a mining.

Every mining is a lottery.
yes it's
but mining a less than one day coin with low difficulty one would expect a reward
two days now. Smiley
any news about a pool?
the latter is down i think.

I have 0 coins after 30 hours with 4 PCs.

Just imagine, there is one block planned every 6 minutes, but in currently it's more like 15-20 minutes a block.

If 3000 PCs are mining, your chance to get a block a day is very tiny.

A pool is the only solution, but someone would have to code a new miner first.

edit:

Stuck at block 260 since 30 minutes. Anyone else too?

Have i overlooked something or do the devs simply ignore all questions regarding "standalone miner" oder "mining pool"?

And oh, full Blocks now, wasnt that scheduled 48 hous after launch before?
Why has this been launched with so little preparation, i hope this launch has no negative effect to protoshares price...  Shocked
