please consider implementing the following feature (asap  )... - an email to the client should confirm when a deposit (of any currency) is actually credited on the account. Dear zauker, We have received many requests from our customers to implement this feature. Most probably this option will be implemented, but the time-frame for this is unknown. this is just a little thumbs-up for the great handling of fiat deposits by hitbtc.
smooth in and smooth out.
Please keep up the good work.
(I am right now having a really bad hair day with the guys over at bitstamp for not crediting my deposits and probably using the next day exchange rate to usd, costing me again some percent on top of missed opportunities cost).
hitbtc might have some issues too, but for now they are doing an excellent job.

guys, please get this sorted soon.
And maybe just disable deposits while that bug hasn´t been killed...

Dear rammy2k2, In most cases EUR deposits and withdrawals are SEPA transfers. SEPA now consists of 34 countries. If the bank you use is located in one of these countries, then your deposit/withdrawal will be a SEPA transfer. Thank you for choosing our service, The HitBTC Team |
