Dear madmartians,

Thank you very much for your interest in HitBTC. The main objective of HitBTC team is to bring the best trading experience for you. We always address user requests, many of which are about adding new cryptocurrencies to the exchange. To cater for this, we created a voting system to let the community decide which coin should be added next.
If you would like to suggest new currency to participate in our voting contest, inquire about the status of the current contest and timing of new currencies or have any other suggestions, comments or wishes, please contact our Client Relations Department at the following email address: relations@hitbtc.com.

The HitBTC Team

deposit & withdrawal is swift and reliable (only had an issue once - read on the pages before).
especially sepa is fast with hitbtc (both ways).
"bonus feature" BTC deposits are tradeable after only one confirmation which puts hitbtc about 40 minutes ahead of any other exchange.

other currencies/crypto I have no experience.

Hi! What is the difference between "Verified and granted" status and "Trusted" status?

Dear kitano,

HitBTC has different verification levels: Limited, Verified and Trusted. Limited status is granted automatically when a Customer adds his bank account. Verified status has the following limits: 10,000 (USD or EUR or GBP) a day, 50,000 (USD or EUR or GBP) per 1 week (rolling frame). In case a Customer wants to be eligible for higher limits (2,000,000 (USD or EUR or GBP) a day, 2,000,000 (USD or EUR or GBP) per 1 week) he should acquire a Trusted status.

Please feel free to contact us on support@hitbtc.com regarding any questions you may have about this message.

Dear hitbtc team,
I'm an intense user of your trading API and, unfortunately, frequently observe HTTP 502 errors (at least once a day).
Since the (server?) error just doesn't disappear after some time, it harshly stops my trading activities.. thus my question is if there's an easy way to resolve this issue or to ship around it?

Thanks and regards!

Dear bigj,

Would you mind precising the API request you are making, exact time and your HitBTC user ID so we can help you as quickly as possible?
You can PM these details or send them to support@hitbtc.com.

Hi,
every time I make a crypto deposit, a new address is generated. However I can use all the old addresses linked to my account.
How can I see them? I see only the last address generated by the system.

Dear kitano,

The HitBTC payment system does not support this feature at the moment. You can use all the old addresses linked to your HitBTC account if you have ever made a deposit to these addresses (all cryptowallets store the previously used addresses). Also it is not necessary to make a deposit by navigating to Account section (https://hitbtc.com/account) - you can save a certain address and make deposits right from your wallet.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need our assistance.

The HitBTC Team
