a vacation may be able to relieve stress. I mean vacationing to a place that is rarely visited by many people. the place is not noisy and comfortable.

I have noticed that a cup of good wine can do miracles. If it can't, I'll try with two cups of wine. If even that doesn't work, I will go for the third cup.
Luckily I can count much more that until three.

I play pc games because all my attention are on what I play and it makes me forget any problem that gives me so much stress.

I manage my stress by doing something that makes me feel better whether it is a good or bad stress. I go out with my family, rest if needed, drinking beer with friends or watch movies with my kids..

You can deal with stress by Letting God move for you, Lay down all your worries and frustrations. In the end of the day think that all things will pass out and God great plan will prevail.

Do something you enjoy doing, which doesn't cause you too think about the other problems. Gaming, hiking etc. Stress can be a good thing and is unavoidable.

Yes. Right. Do something that will divert your problems to something that you enjoy. This way you will forget it and also will help your mind to relax and enjoy. When you are stressed, try something fun that you want so that your body and mind can relax.

Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..

I also feel that same way at this moment. My friends advice me to have some breather for example go out once in a while enjoy your life. Wrote down all the stress you're feeling and think of a solution for this. List down your priorities while listening to music.

I have tested a way how to deal with stress. I go to the pool, and then go to the massage parlor. After that there is no stress, only pleasure from life.

I watch a movie to relax and some snacks. I like horror movies. And SciFi. We need to relax and some "Me time " once in a while.

I think the best way with dealing with stress is to just deal with it, and call it out its just the smalll stuff dont sweat it, and think of a brighter tomorrow.

Window shopping, walking to a crowded place and eating your favorite food. That's how i deal with stress.
