We all experience stress and have different ways of dealing with it. First thing when you are stressed, Learn to relax. This may sound almost too simple to believe, but relaxation benefits not only your physical condition, but also your mental and emotional states as well.

Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..
Just ignore your problem and be calm always.

to smoke a cigarette, to drink a cup of coffee) in the evening to gather friends and drink alcohol, then everything will pass))I so I remove or I take out stress)

Take a break from what you are doing, go and sleep or walk and thing on positive things. Try to smile often Smiley

I always try to change my mind and try to forget anything when i am over stressed. I listen music with my headphone, go to the basketball court and take some shots, or go to the lake side and try to catch some fish. If i feel too much stress i start to eat and thats the worst option that i know Smiley

Hmhmm Don't be too hard on yourself, to good to beauty is only a distant dream, get rid of the bondage of perfectionism! Do not put all things done perfectly. Answer on this is very easy. When you think that you have many problems, just relax, breathe deeply and, then think on something positive, do not let problems to get into your head again, so just continue same as before. Try also with sport or do something what you love. That can help for sure. At least I think so.  Grin Grin Grin

Read plenty novels and sleep a lot. That always work for me.

The novels (or anything that interest you) helps relax or calm the mind,
While the sleep calms the body.

I think to relieve stress, mind must be calm, every problem must be faced with relaxed, because I know every problem there must be a way out,
