Thank you very much, I was looking for ages for this statistic, because FUDsturds kept claiming chances of deanonymizing are oh so high.  Roll Eyes
Looks like Otoh is a real threat to DASHSend security with his massive 0.000000000000000000000000000000% chance of tracing anonymous funds  Grin

I happily accept DashSend mixing currently taking a long time due to low adoption, because this problem is going to solve itself with more and more people using DS. The alternative would be a huge bloated and yet invisible blockchain with no usability due to extreme memory hunger and the possibility of retroactive deanonymization. So this isn't even a trade-off: DASH is an obviously better choice facing the sheer amount of Cryptonotes disadvantages.

It's just in 4 rounds, if it's in 8 rounds, I have not enough decimals ;-)

DΛSH is digital cash. Transactions are obscured in the blockchain, making them private from the wallet. You can send Dash to family or friends, or pay for goods or services, anywhere in the world. DΛSH Anonymous and Untraceable. The Perfect Digital Cash And The Best Way To Protect Your Privacy https://www.dashpay.io DΛSH is 59.5 times faster with syncing and updating  than Monero.

How long does it take to fully mix 3000 DASH from the time they first hit your wallet?

Try it and report back. I'd imagine anyone who has 3000 DASH has 3 masternodes running right now and won't take them down just to mix them to give you the answer.

It'll take a while depending on how many rounds you want to do.  The good news is that you'll have a few hundred ready to use at say 5 rounds within a few hours, but to get the whole thing anonymized will take a day or two to be honest.  But I'm guessing based on testnet as I don't have mainnet funds to play with ;P

wrong stat
because of absent cheap vps service in my state, I use USA server.
I'd added a MN in my country to insert in the MN list.

Very few in the Southern Hemisphere, but same could be said of bitcoin seed nodes.

Dash is 27.3 times faster with syncing and updating than Bitcoin and 93.7 times faster than Monero. Bitcoin (v0.11.0) has a Tao ratio 11.2% faster than bitcoin (v0.10.0) release.
Dash (v.0.12.0.49) = Tao sync ratio = 0.15 seconds / hour of update || Dash (v.0.11.2.23) = Tao sync ratio = 0.24 seconds / hour of update. V12 versus V11 speedup = +36.5%
Bitcoin (v.0.11.0) = Tao sync ratio = 4.14 seconds / hour of update || Monero (v.0.41.1)  = Tao sync ratio = 14.2 seconds / hour of update

Bet on, I did think of overlapping my week so we could potentially have a draw but didn't want to complicate it, if anyone else joins we can have a mexican standoff of 3 competing weeks with a larger prize  Grin

they all know about our technology, but so many nerfs from BTC dev's make them think twice because they are like sheeps... and thats sad!

isnt this ironic, DASH comunity does not hate BTC... and BTC and rest of crypto comunity hates DASH

what does that say to you?

It says "BTC devs don't like "bad crypto" and "snake oil" scams like Dash."

They know about your "technology" because all of it is a fake/broken cargo cult "bamboo runway" version of things they invented.

what happened to i2p integration, was that more of a "roadmap project" or is dash actively moving in that direction or has it been tabled indefinitely?

We have tor support currently, so it's not really high on the todo list. I think I would rather integrate tor directly, maybe support some seed nodes via the actual code so it's just a configuration option. That seems like a better option.

"Not really high on the todo list" is code for "it's been tabled indefinitely."  Just like Masternode blinding.   Cheesy

I suggest making a bamboo copy of this C++ i2p router: https://github.com/PurpleI2P/i2pd

Seems to me that Peter "The Prophet" Todd is endorsing DASH:

"we're better off accepting that (slow confirms = uncompetitive) and building systems on top of Bitcoin instead."
-- Peter Todd

"InstantX ... will allow for cryptocurrencies such as Dash to compete with nearly instantaneous transaction systems such as credit cards for point-of-sale situations while not relying on a centralized authority. If successful, such an idea could revolutionize cryptocurrency, by shortening the delay in confirmation of transactions from as long as an hour (with Bitcoin) to as little as a few seconds."
-- DASH Team

He's more than likely talking about something like the Lightning Network which actually is built on top of Bitcoin. Not a clone like DASH.

He quite clearly said "Lightning Network".  How did I miss that.
 Wink

What he said was that we are better off building superior functionality on top of the Bitcoin blockchain technology, which is what Instantx does.

DASH isn't even a "clone."  It's a fork, featuring fake/broken "bad crypto" versions of features created for Bitcoin.

The Dalmation, a deaf high-strung inbred with the lowest IQ of all dogs, is the prefect mascot for DASH.

gibberish

"we're better off accepting that (slow confirms = uncompetitive) and building systems on top of Bitcoin instead."
-- Peter Todd

"InstantX ... will allow for cryptocurrencies such as Dash to compete with nearly instantaneous transaction systems such as credit cards for point-of-sale situations while not relying on a centralized authority. If successful, such an idea could revolutionize cryptocurrency, by shortening the delay in confirmation of transactions from as long as an hour (with Bitcoin) to as little as a few seconds."
-- DASH Team

"A decentralized system is proposed whereby transactions are sent over a network of micropayment channels (a.k.a. payment channels or transaction channels) whose transfer of value occurs off-blockchain. If Bitcoin transactions can be signed with a new sighash type which addresses malleability, these transfers may occur between untrusted parties along the transfer route by contracts which are enforceable via broadcast over the bitcoin blockchain in the event of uncooperative or hostile participants, through a series of decrementing timelocks."

-- Lightening Network

Which quote most closely resembles Mr. Todd's wish?

from The Bitcoin Lightning Network paper:

Code:
...in the blockchain, if only two participants care about an
everyday recurring transaction, it’s not necessary for all other nodes in the
bitcoin network to know about that transaction. It is instead preferable to
only have the bare minimum of information on the blockchain. By defer-
ring telling the entire world about every transaction, doing net settlement
of their relationship at a later date enables Bitcoin users to conduct many
transactions without bloating up the blockchain or creating trust in a cen-
tralized counterparty. An effectively trustless structure can be achieved by
using time locks as a component to global consensus...

Did you read that?  "net settlement at a later date"?

Does that sound like a retail transaction to you?
A newspaper might let you read a daily column using that arrangement, but how many merchants will let you walk away with physical goods?
