This is great.

So many trolls with their hands fully pledged up their butt holes aka Troll Butthurt Syndrome

Step 1) Take your hand out of but hole smoothly, so your fingers don't rattle and obscure your brain from being able to think clearly

Step 2) Get but hole leision surgery to fix your butt hole

Step 3) Realize that you're a dumbass troll who lost a shit ton of money trolling, rather than buying up coins for at low prices.

<@CHAOSiTEC> so, today we gained alot of wisdom, and we are working on a new way to implement masternode payments, that will work... (my idea) :-p
and a bit later...
<@CHAOSiTEC> ive come up with a new solution for masternodes payment, we are working on that now

New dev on the job helping Evan, no ETA was given.

waou ... I thought the current RC3 solution has been extensively tested for weeks on testnet, and suddenly, after two hours following another botched, evan realizes that he needs more development for yet ANOTHER solution AND additional support?

the main net HAS to be stable, we cannot have side forks poping up here and there for longer than 1 block (i.e. orphant blocks) period anything else = unstable network. no solution can be garantied as several things can go wrong, there has been more work on darkcoin than 99% of all altcoins out there, we want things to be perfect, with no risk to the network, nor your money.

not everything can be tested to perfection in limited testnet scenarios, remember those games you used to play, having strange bugs here and there, those games where playtested for hours and hours, but some stuff can slip through...

peurile nonsense

chaeplin proved XC mixing wasn't anonymous and your coins can get stolen by anyone with a modified wallet, now fuck off back to your shitcoin, the grownups are talking here.

Ignore list growing mightily today. Wink

Chaeplin showed that the transactions wern't trustless. This will be sorted in the next release. DRK also has a similar issue with stealing coins that was supposed to be fixed in RC3 with the hot/cold issue but that doesn't look like it going to be happening as you keep forking. It's the same reason you have a limit on transactions.

Chaeplin also said that DRK is allot more subseptable to the issues XC HAD, not has, HAD, before rev 1.5. Since rev 1.5 noone has come even close to cracking the XC anon. DRK won't even be as anon as Pre Rev 1.5 XC was until RC4, if that ever happens. And by that time you'll already be another few months behind.

Get your facts straight.

Update: Reverting Masternode Payments and New Binaries

https://darkcointalk.org/threads/reverting-rc3-masternode-payments-fork.1458/

So, release was postponed... again?

What's this the 5th time in the last 2 months?

Smoke and mirrors to keep the bubble from bursting as long as this scam artists can.

Its funny how the same people who were calling long time DRK holders paranoid when raising concerns prior to the fork are being silent now.

The only positive I can see from this is a new dev being brought in. Perhaps Evan will agree to step down or at least hand off communication to someone who values the community

So i take it that darksend is causing forks... Again???

The hot/cold issue is for the 1000 DRKs of the masternode, not the coins of the transactions. These are conducted in a trustless manner (signatures instead of coin forwarding).

The limit on transactions is due to the denomination pool of 10 DRKs (similar sized inputs).

I won't qualify myself as an absolute expert, but in 2013 even bitcoin, in a perfect normal and stable context, had a concurrent blockchain for many blocks - that naturally got orphaned and was then abandoned. And as you mentioned, in 4 weeks testing, devs could miss things - after only one hour, how could evan determine that the not-so-surprising forks won't get naturally orphaned? The main code just branched out, for christ sake.

Words of Wisdom
"I'd like to thank eduffield and the other developers for this critically important evolution in virtual currency. DarkCoin is what bitcoin should have been. Some might call it "Bitcoin 2.0" but would do better by saying: "DarkCoin is digital cash." - Child Harold - February 28, 2014

What does "no masternode payment yet" mean?

- masternode payments don't work?
- masternode payments not activated?
- masternode payments working/in progress but still need time for first MN payment to go through? (if this: Why?)

DRK = failed!

lol. darkcoin nothing but headache.

Only for (dick)holders, they know that it will never go any higher than 0.017 and the only way it has to go is down.

We've got a forum moderator on the troll farm... Any reasonable rebuttal to trolls is being deleted. Raging flame BS is left to stand. Moderator clearly in on the troll action.

Once the moderators become trolls, a forum has lost it's use.
