Let him be a masternode owner and part of the community!

Wouldn't that amount to bribery ?

Isn't he supposed to be impartial ?

Yeah I think he should pay us.  Kiss

Well I think the donation address was Kristov's idea as he is short on time and "time is money". If he uses those donations towards a MN then that is his business, right?

Don't think anybody is attempting bribery.

I have to..

Balance was retrieved from explorer every 3 hour.
With almost 800 request, script failed repeatedly.

I can change the column to sum of payout from block 91796, if you want.

Watch his latest YouTube video. He is asking for donations to help review darkcoin source. I was saying that if we all pitched in and he had 1000 darkcoin donated he would have the option of making his own masternode if he chooses. Of course if he needs the money he can cash it out for usd to pay for bills etc.

Earn your own DRK coins by mining at the multipool. Not only that, you can earn DRK using your old ASIC hardware on SHA256 and SCRYPT coins!

DarkCoin by xpool - DRK Multipool

PROP reward system
DRK Payouts
Scrypt & SHA256 & X11 Algo's
DDoS Protected
High Performance Backend
Simple setup and usage
0% Fees while in BETA
To mine:

How does it work?

xpool offers 3 different sets of coins to mine. SHA256, Scrypt and X11. Each algorithm runs on a shift. Currently there is no set interval as there needs to be enough found and confirmed blocks to make trading worthwhile on the exchanges. We don't want to finish a shift only to find out, the exchanges are going to eat up the payout in fees or limit the withdraw with a large minimum. The confirmed coins are traded throughout the duration of the shift automatically to maximize the profits from exchanging them into DRK. Once enough confirmed blocked are accumulated, the shift is moved into "Trading" status while all the exchanged coins are calculated into DRK and then queued for payment. Once all the coins are confirmed as successfully traded and exchanged, the DRK payments are sent.

As the pool picks up more hashing speed and sufficient DRK can be picked up from the exchanges, the shifts will be set to a schedule and payouts more frequent and less worry about the exchanges. This is a growing phase so the more hash support the better.
If a DRK block is found, there's no exchanging or loss of fees as it can simply be moved into the X11 payout queue.

The advantage of the pool is that you can utilize your older ASIC equipment to earn you the more desired DarkCoin.
Cheers and Happy Hashing!

Donations welcome!
!

ZPOOL - the miners multipool! Support We pay 10 FLUX Parallel Assets (PA) directly to block rewards! Get paid more and faster. No PA fee's or waiting around for them, paid instantly on every block found!

hey Kristov, thanks for reviewing "our" code. I know you are reading  Grin

A lot of people, not only the devs, are doing a lot of hard work for this to succeed. Ghost, our President, Propulsion, Tante, Alex, Camo, Tok, Coins, our beloved trolls, our team of troll-hunters, and many others.

We expect a lot from you, do it fair and do it well  Wink

+101

And post your DRK address for donations.

+1 I am happy to donate a couple of weeks worth of masternode payments to Kristov Cheesy

I donated 20 DRK to Kristov a while ago, this was about two months ago.

(The only transaction out of my drk wallet I ever made to this day.)
I think he is well worth it.

I assume

Xw1GxUDKLYAjJV3kys3u5LrjdzPehpPSQm

is still his DRK address (at cryptsy), but please don't take my word for it.
But it is the address that he has posted before, as can be seen in the infobox in one of his youtube videos:

Maybe we can surprise him?  Cheesy

I still think that my red chunks example still applies... Since I can differentiate between an MN and a Client by noting that one doesn't ever perform a TX and one does, there really is no mixing... Thus, I can aggregate the signatures that match each other to find the total value of the TX.
Ahh, I see where your hangup is now. You misunderstand how MNs work.

The masternode doesn't leave a trace on the transactions, there is no way to determine whether a tx was related to a masternode or not.

Essentially you are sending a 1 DRK output from a tainted address and get 1 DRK back to a different address, however it is in your wallet (but your wallet only exists in your client, it is not public, and old keys can be deleted). The masternode simply facilitates this transfer.
It's been stated several times that masternodes leave a lot more than a trace. It's one thing to misunderstand it, another to read it 50+ times from official outlets...

OTOH...

Whether or not my questions are answered satisfactorily is a factor of my own ability to understand. If I'm just too stupid to figure it out, at least it serves as an example to others who might, lols.
You do raise a valid concern in that how exactly the functionality works needs to be communicated better.

As for MNs leaving a trace or not, let me play around with some transactions and see how it works in practice. I need to think a bit. However I still am quite confident this is a non-issue, but I do want to figure out a much better way to articulate the process so anyone could understand it (let alone someone who has historically had a lot of confidence in darkcoin and only the best intentions -- you)
It looks like the much more complicated version of the underpants gnomes right now...

1 ) Steal underpants
2 ) ??
3 ) Wonder why I stole underpants
4 ) ??
5 ) Sniff underpants
6 ) ??
7 ) Be glad they're not men's underpants
8 ) ??
9) Wait, these aren't underpants at all!
11 ) ??
12 ) Anon!

Every single step of how ASICs mine and proofs work,e tc is described, we all know every tiny detail of how BTC works. DRK has a lot more going on and there's really no explanation... The diagrams over-simplify to the point that it it's mis-representative... Yes, it's a more complex topic, so explain instead of going all iMac. DRK isn't for noobs, really. We're introducing pre-requisites. You have to understand pure PoW first, then add in the other stuff. Don't just skip over it...

Right now MNs are described as the mixing system that doesn't actually mix anything, so, uh... No TXes, only sigs... What? How do you mix when you didn't mix? Whaaa...?

No, it's not. That's what some people abuse it for tho...

The point of Crypto is to not be boned by the central manipulators anymore. Just because there is money to be made at the inception does not mean that is what it's about. That's a new fucked up version of expansionism...
