No block for 6.5+ hours....really?  Shocked Angry Cry

Still very positive since the difficulty changed for PPLNS, even with this long block Smiley.  Gotta take the good with the bad.

Did I miss a string of good luck the first week?  I tried PPLNS for a week before Christmas, took a couple days break (of course we had a good run then), and then came back around Dec 26th.  Since then I'm earning significantly less (greater than 5% less than PPS) which is odd since PPLNS has the lower fee.  I set my payout to what I should be getting paid every 24hrs and adjust it when the difficulty changes.  Then I just look at the time index that the payment hits.  Sure it will swing wildly from one day to the next, but overall with this bad run I'm over 1.5 days behind what PPS would have paid.  Damn you lady luck  Angry

why my shares not show in interface?

Not sure what you're referring to.

PPLNS shares?  Those will appear if your worker is set to PPLNS (under Manage Workers) and you are on Stratum.  They also won't show up under PPLNS Shift History until a shift is completed (roughly once per hour).  They will show up on your worker stats under Account Summary in real time though.  They will also show up in Account Summary under "Shares in Current Shift" as long as you have PPLNS stats showing on your settings.

Otherwise it just shows up under PPS Shares.  If your counter isn't going up, check your miner.  Either you're a CPU miner and not submitting shares very often [and made a post really early], or you're not actually connected to the pool.

Twice in the last 5 hours I started getting idle notification e-mails for all my miners. Is there a server restart going on?

No restarts.  What server are you connected to?  Everything is still running fine on Stratum here.

In hall of fame, the most shares (recent) dont count PPLNS.

The number blocks found is that since stratum went sharp or any else date ?
Is it something wrong with the calculation, correlates real bad with many of  the top ten hashers  on the toplist.

Blocks found only counts users on Stratum (and was reset when Stratum went live).  And yes, most recent shares doesn't count PPLNS at the moment, haven't figured out a way to create that stat effectively without heavy DB access just to generate a page like that.

mine1/2/3.btcguild.com (all point to the same server after the massive consolidations) was just restarted, which should help the performance issue that server was having today.  This only affects getwork.  Stratum was not affected.

EDIT/UPDATE:  Those using the old private DNS servers to connect must use port 8332 from now on.  Port 80 has been disabled on them (port80.btcguild.com is the only port 80 option now).

Well I have a nice size farm and they are mining on and off. Also getting allot of invalids.
I'm on a server for large farms and I wouldn't mind to much but they are in a room cooled
to 30c. We all know from very hot to very cold real quick is bad for them. All my back up
servers are with BTCGUILD but they too are in and out. I might have to direct them to another
Pool to keep them from developing bad solder joints.

I guess I'm the only on with issue all of a sudden. I have to switch to a different poll until this gets straightened out.
I can't watch the farm to turn A/c on and off all day.

The problem with one getwork server has been fixed.  I'm HIGHLY recommending people quit using ancient miners and update to a Stratum enabled miner, or run the Stratum Proxy if that is not an option.

I'm connected but still have miner going on and off. I'd love to switch to Stratum but I have all my rig running BAMT. I have not had time to look into what needs to be done to switch. Can it even be used with BAMT?

I use stratum when I can which is mostly never since I'm almost always behind a firewall. I use BTC Guild and Bitminter specifically because they offer port 80 access.
