How poor Turkey is, not being able to get a single point, even they were only able to make 1 goal in 3 matches.
Ukraine vs Austria is my concern at the moment, I think draw is not Ukraine and Austria target because it is very uncomfortable to be eliminated just because of goal difference, like switzerland got

Switzerland has not been eliminated yet. It is one of the 4 teams with the best third place and can go to the next round. They have a very high probability of being one of the third best teams and qualifying for the next round. I see a high probability of Ukraine going to the next round.

I don't think Belgium will underestimate Finland. Because for Belgium it is important to finish first in the group to avoid strong opponents already in the round of 16 or quarterfinals. Basically, it is possible that Belgium can only finish third in the group, if Russia and Finland win, they could both pass Belgium. Therefore, they might spare some players, but in general they can't do that.

I followed part of the first half and North Macedonia wasn't doing that bad. A good goal disallowed because offside then a nice shot fired but hit the post. Obviously missing opportunities especially vs top teams means receiving goals

The Netherlands group was really easy, but the team frankly played good matches, compared to the disastrous performance during the matches immediately preceding the tournament, so Frank de Boer continued to bet on playing with a 3-5-2 plan, but today the attack was much better with Malen next to Depay.

By the looks of it that is a common thing by the coaches, I do not know if that is better or worse, sure if you bench some of your players and rest them that means you will both have more rested players and also one less game for injury risk anyway so it is 90%+ good. However there is also fact that if you are doing great and on a roll and winning games then maybe you should keep the players in so that they could continue with that momentum, in football momentum is everything and if you keep on a roll of wins it is important to keep it going.

Italy managed to beat wales so they were lucky but if you end up with 2 wins and a loss because of this move instead of 3 wins, that may impact a bit later on as well and that is why I would say there is a 10% chance that it may not be a good strategy to do that.
