The BCB is a cricket board rich enough. Yet they are failing to improve their cricket. This is definitely a failure of the management. To improve the Test format, Bangladesh should now organize Test series with weaker teams. Afghanistan is stronger than Bangladesh in the Test format. Bangladesh will not be able to win with Afghanistan. They should play against teams like Ireland and the Netherlands.

Organizing matches with weaker teams will not improve the performance of a team so that it will continue even when they face tough competition. Having a tournament with weak teams means the players can improve their averages and score some big runs but that will not help the team even in the short term against better teams. Find young talents groom them and that is how you improve the format and be a better team.  

A very strong team for test format is not possible without strong and competitive domestic set up which is key for this all and if BCB want to stay in this format and having better team then surely they need to do some big changes in this set up and bring some fair policy for all teams with strong initiative.

Now they are the worst team and having nothing revolutionary change in coming days which mean they can do more down or may be out of this list like Zimbabwe. Their batting is worst and with these bowlers are also unable to provide any assistant which is bringing the worst results for them.

Bangladesh lost 4 wickets for only 57 runs in the second innings. Their performance is worse than the first innings. Bangladesh is still 106 runs behind. It is almost certain that Bangladesh will lose this match too. But I would not be surprised if Bangladesh lost by an innings margin.

Bottom order players are on the ground. Nurul Hasan and Mehidy Hasan need to do something to make it a draw, because both are the last order batsmen. Losing these two wickets will end up the innings. West Indies on the other side is quite good in batting and bowling against Bangladesh.

In the match between England and New Zealand, it is gonna be a win for England. Required 113 runs out of 93 overs is an easy target for the last day's play.

England next target would be one off test against India, this won't be easy one for India.

In England camp Potts, Root and Bairstow all done amazing job and achieve their best after humiliating last season in Australia and West Indies now after just three days they are going to face India which is going to be tough for both teams but for me after having result against New Zealand like this England is hot favorite to win.

Nothing wrong in playing mind games and showing off the emotions. But everything should be up to a limit. And here, I am not sure whether they have anything much to celebrate after losing the match by 10 wickets. A team that is placed in the top tier of test cricket can't afford to lose away matches by such margins, this much regularly. At some point, questions will arise about their suitability in that position. Other smaller boards such as Afghanistan and Ireland may complain about the lack of promotion/relegation system in the test cricket.

You don't need bother to talk about Bangladesh when it comes to test cricket. There is no doubt that they will dominate white ball matches, but not tests. It's okay not to be disappointed. It has been over 22 years since they've played test cricket and haven't learned anything about it. However, they continue to play test cricket. This format should be encouraged by Bangladesh so they can take a self-determination. This game is so boring, I'm curious as to how they managed to find sponsors.

I don’t think that Bangladesh have quality test specialists, and that’s a key reason why they keep on underperforming in Test matches, and even their board doesn’t seem to be making any efforts to groom player’s that can excel in this format. Also I don’t think that their fortunes will revive anytime soon in this format, hence it’s always a safe bet to wager against them whenever they’re playing Test cricket.

Odds are not that attractive in order to make bets against them. Even the sportsbooks know that they don't have a good chance as far as test format is concerned. And the problem with such low odds is that a single upset can derail all of your calculations. I am playing safe, by staying away from their matches. Actually I don't bet much for test cricket anyway. How can we make bets, if it is not possible to follow the match continuously? The last time I made a bet in test cricket was 2-3 years back, when the Ashes series was going on.

Now with the recent results of Bangladesh it's very interesting and good point Afghanistan and Ireland both can complain about their lack of promotion and test cricket system because they need some better treatment from ICC after having Test Cap but sadly nothing positive for them and on other side Bongs having terrible time but still having much better treatment which is not good.

ICC need to introduce some better system for teams like these or having group of eight and four teams with top two from lower four can join in top tier which can bring some good competition between these last four like Bangladesh, Zimbabwe, Afghanistan and Ireland.
