I had virtually no idea about Bangladesh's squad because they didn't announced in advance, may be i missed it. Also i hardly find any recognisable faces there except batters.

If I'm not wrong then BCB has announced the test squad for Sri Lanka series on 24th April (Bangladesh Name Test Squad For Sri Lanka Series).
Miraz was injured on the same day. The team management has chosen Nayeem as a replacement of Miraz within the next few days. Bangladeshi bowling lineup is filled with inexperienced players except Shakib and Taijul Islam.

If srilanka declares their inning then it would be very easy for Bangladesh to chase only 60 runs therefore they will bat till the end of the day and draw the first test match.

There was a lot of short balls from the spinners which took the pressure away from the Sri Lankan batsman totally. I think if Bangladesh put enough pressure on Sri Lanka in the first innings Bangladesh would have had a chance of winning this test match. I believe Bangladesh is going to try to win the next one for sure.

Bangladesh was not aiming for a win. From the start itself, they were on the defensive. The pitch was prepared to give undue advantage to the batsmen. Chances of getting a result was very low with such a track. On top of that, bowling from both the sides lacked venom. The pacers were defanged by the track and the spinners were not being aggressive. Nayeem Hasan bowled somewhat well, but he is going to miss the next test. On the Lankan side, Embuldeniya looked clueless. In short, this match did hardly any justice to the fans who watched it.
