To improve the Test format, Bangladesh should now organize Test series with weaker teams. Afghanistan is stronger than Bangladesh in the Test format. Organizing matches with weaker teams will not improve the performance of a team so that it will continue even when they face tough competition. Bangladeshi players are playing badly in both batting and bowling. West Indies are now 376/7. They are 142 runs ahead of Bangladesh. I am really shocked with the result of this test series because I was expecting some good competition between these two teams which were level in quality but suddenly changes in England camp bring some good for them, and they were able to displace New Zealand by big margin of 3 - 0 which is also shocking for visitors because they have quality bowlers and batsmen but still fail to have their best result now it's time to act quickly specially after winning WTC-2021 having results like this are not acceptable.

Nothing wrong in playing mind games and showing off the emotions. But everything should be up to a limit. And here, I am not sure whether they have anything much to celebrate after losing the match by 10 wickets. A team that is placed in the top tier of test cricket can't afford to lose away matches by such margins, this much regularly. At some point, questions will arise about their suitability in that position. Other smaller boards such as Afghanistan and Ireland may complain about the lack of promotion/relegation system in the test cricket.
