@Royse777 it’s just not espn all the sportsbook sites are blank because all the events are cancelled, and I also feel that the ICC test championship will also have to be canceled because ICC won’t be able to schedule any Test matches quiet a while.

I think I need to start downloading all the movies those I were planning to watch from long time and fill up few terabytes of external hard drives with the downloaded movies.

Then turn on my TV and start watching them one after another for the next  one or two months :-P

There will be few benefits if I can do that:

1. I can keep me isolated from the world so no corona for me
2. Since I will not read any news/article, I will not feel the stress
3. Once I come back, I can come up with a world record of watching moving for the longest time. (I will need to know what is the current longest time though :-P )

^^ Lol. You should try. But are you ready to lose 4 days sleep 😜 The current world record is 120 hrs with 10 mins break between each movie.

Me on on the other hand can't stay at home as I'm a Public servant, will most probably wearing masks and going to work, if things get really bad in India. I hope that's not the case.

The United States has declared a national emergency and some of the Indian states are also thinking about the same. Forget about the sports events, you may not be even able to go to shopping malls and movie theaters. I am afraid about my job as well. The markets are collapsing and many of the companies are a few weeks away from bankruptcy.

@Vishnu.Reang This is also hurting me as well lost of job is really worst because now situation is not good and this is on edge that they can give me order for stay at home with nothing extra income or any thing very disturbing life just because of this Coronavirus but I feel its round of life I was thinking to have something big in next few months and suddenly now fearing for food and stuff like this as job is going.

I am afraid about my job as well. The markets are collapsing and many of the companies are a few weeks away from bankruptcy.

This is very worrying. Economy almost in every country is affected by this virus spreading and it does not seem that we will recover this situation very soon. This virus is taking over the world like a big storm I guess. Good thing is that it spreads from person to person in close proximity. So as long as you are extra careful you are safe.

This is just a temporary phase and the situation will get in control within due time. I heard that Israeli scientists have claimed to find a cure. Within couple of months, things will get to normal. @vishnu.reang do not worry you will not lose your job.

Thanks everyone for the kind words. I just hope that the situation would improve.

BTW, this epidemic could not have come at a worse time. March-May is the cricketing season in South Asia (India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan.etc), and since the monsoon is about to start in two months from now, the tournaments that get cancelled now may never get played. If the IPL is called off, then it can cause huge loss to the BCCI. Even the players are likely to lose large amounts (I am not sure how much the insurance companies are going to pay).

To me it seems a very easy record to break. Once I slept over 80 hours with some little break for eating and going to toilet LOL

Generally, you'll have to inform them that you are planning for a record. Once they approve your application, you can carry on with your plan. I think you'll have to inform the media for recording your attempt. Not sure though. Btw, you really serious about this 😅

@JSRAW Right now no one is serious just Corona is doing his business seriously we all just watching in last few days too much chess and Ludo now head is moving very badly but have no good options its really sucks as no cricket no soccer just Corona.

People will find it difficult in this phase as many things are shut and all gaming events are being cancelled or moved for a later date. Also many are lock down so finally everything needs to be done at home. This is a good time where one can introspect and spend time on them self to see what they want to do ahead and spend some quality time with family members and children. Can speak to all the friends and family members from whom you may not be in touch on regular basis. Learn some cooking or so if one does not know.

Even i am spending my time watching movies and series as i am afraid to go out because the situation is alarming and sitting at home is the only solution during this phase but to watch movies continuously like this will have a toll on the body.

Will check them out. Also, Roar of the Lion is epic especially for CSK fans. It focuses on the rise of CSK after they were screwed due to the ban and actually returned to win IPL once again and almost won another title in the next edition(Recent one against MI).

Watching this made me realize why CSK has the best fan following amongst all clubs currently.

I ask because Netflix and Prime are available in almost every country these days. If you don't feel like subscribing, you can always ask your friends to share their subscriptions with you.

You cannot watch Netflix from two devices simultaneously but with prime and hotstar you can share the subscriptions and now a days these are the best option to spend time to watch all the series and without any events in the horizon for the next few months this is how majority will be spending the time and from the mentioned series i only watched Fire in Babylon till now and thanks JSRAW for suggesting Death of a Gentleman, will watch tonight.

Life lesson to take from Little Master about Test Cricket and Covid-19, its one reason i am freaking crazy or some call it "fanatic" about Test format. And yeah if we can act together as team then we can beat it.
