Today Pakistan vs NewZealand test match was held.  And in today's first innings 4 wickets fell for 255 runs.  In this case, Babar Azam is fighting alone for Pakistan as he has performed very well as he has scored 126 runs.  Babar Azam's 126 alone against NewZealand was a huge find for Pakistan.  In total 71 overs, Pakistan often scored many runs. In this case Masood and Shafique could not show a very good performance for Pakistan but they are mainly batting.  And coming towards the first stage, their performance is very sad for Pakistan.

For my delight, Sarfraz is finally back in playing 11 after a long time as a wicket keeper. Its a good opportunity for New zealand to win a test series against a weak Pakistan test side. Pakistan Cricket Board has reintroduced Sarfraz Ahmed to the team, and we hope that he will provide good performances.

Yeh it's a good step from PCB to replace sarfaz with Rizwan. Because due to some bad performance Rizwan need some rest to recover his form. Now Pakistan after winning toss and choose batting they lose first 4 batter in just 28 over with a runs of just 110. It's quite worry for Pakistan but the Captain King Baber again take responsibility and bulid a strong partnership of more than 150 runs with sarfaz ahmad. Most of the fan disrespect baber for his bad performance but now due to phenomenal performance of scoring 119 runs he proved why he is GOAT of modern era. I would say Australia are in a good position. Australian bowlers have done an outstanding job once again by bowling out SA on just 189 runs. On stumps day 1, Aus are 144 runs behind with 9 wickets in hands. Cameron Green was the star bowler for Australia who got 5 wickets. From SA side Kyle Verreynne and Marco Jansen are the only batsmen who did some resistance.

Pakistan's team as usual did not start the innings well and lost four quick wickets. But Babar Azam and Sarfaraz Ahmed did hold the innings together and now Pakistan seems to be in a good position.  Babar Azam scored 161 runs and still not out. He really played a captain's knock.

Yeh absolutely with sarfaz ahmad the team got more potential, sarfaz ahmad play a phenomenal inning of 86 runs which is quite good for a player who has been dropped for a long time, now after long time when he got his first match in team he do more than his best ,
It's very difficult for any player who are far away from team for a long time and come again and perform in first match, I think he deserves chance early but it can't happen and now due to new chief selector it happened.
Now Pakistan has almost reach to 317 in 90 over with a phenomenal performance of baber by scoring more than 150.

Everyone expected a century from Sarfaraz, but he missed it. However a big game for him after a big break. As mentioned, the selection committee needs to be appreciated for giving opportunity. In the first day end making 317 runs is really good. Being on the home ground have advantage over New Zealand.
