What the blazing hell! Observed Australia packing up for around 61/1 and woke up sometime earlier and felt shocked to see them score 40 more runs while losing around 6 wickets since then.

It's like Australia gave up completely thanks to the crazy spin duo of Ashwin and Jadeja. Wonder how India will manage without these two in the future.

Edit: They lost their remaining wickets pretty quickly. This game went from an interesting contest to a one-sided affair within a matter of hours. Crazy!

This match was totally turned around by the Indian team in their favor. In the future, when we will see the scorecard we shall believe it was another easy win for India but believe me it was not a one sided win. India's team really fought back hard in this match at one time, it seems that India batsmen will fall short of the Australian first innings target of 263.

Remember there are four test matches to be played and we have just completed the first two matches.

With this win, India has won the first two test matches and technically they can not lose this test series and Australians cannot win this test series. High chances are that India will be able to win one out of the remaining two test matches, if not both.

Apart from Travis Head and Marnus Labuschagne there is no Australian player that is able to reach double figure. India Need just 115 runs to grab the series. Just like other countries struggle on Australian pitches, the same is happening with Australia in this tour. The series so far is dominated by Ashwin and Jadeja bowling. Haven't seen Australian batting so helpless.

So far India need 101 runs to win this series. But India will not be under any pressure to win this series. Hope they can easily win this series with Australia. No one expected Australia to perform so badly in Tests. A very strong team like them were bowled out for just 113 runs which is a very embarrassing performance for Australia.

Like the first Test, India continued to dominate the second match. In the second innings, due to Jadeja's excellent bowling, the Australian batsmen could not survive at the crease. Jadeja picked up three wickets in the first innings, but in the second innings, he managed to pick up 7 wickets. With the help of Jadeja, Ashwin, and Axar Patel's excellent performances, India managed to defeat Australia easily. Australian batsmen cannot survive on such a spin-friendly pitch.

I think he is the only ex-cricketer who telling the truth about KL Rahul. In a series of tweets just a few hours back he gave KL Rahul multiple options to regain his lost form. Then in the end he asked him in a cryptic way whether he can skip this year's IPL to get his form back.

Australia came down to bat again and managed to accumulate 61 runs for one wicket in 12 overs.  Hope this match will be a fighting match.

India needs to restrict Australia within 280 runs, if not then they have to taste the defeat. Moreover they need to do it as soon as they can. As including today more 3 days are left. They need to make Australia all out till tomorrow’s lunch time, then only Indian team will get sufficient time to chase. In my opinion India should start the bowling attack with the spinners itself from the start, already India have 3 great spinners, Shreyas Iyer can also spin part time. So a good spin attack can really annoy the Australian batsmen. My bet is on India for this match, still anything can happen. Let’s hope for the best.

Australia played very well on the first day and left behind a team like India and the second match started Australia batting now but doubt Australia can score more than India today but Australia are trying hard enough to beat India. I mean I do not need to be a hard follower of one particular team but I do watch all the matches if my time schedules permit and I do bet on all the matches where I am able to predict the outcome and more particularly whenever my budget allows. I was thinking like Australia was going to score above 250 runs because of the way Travis Head batted by the end of end day but Indian spinners did a magic and everything had changed.

If Australia was able to keep up the same momentum like the last session of 2nd day then India might have struggled to score on 4th innings for a big total chasing. India pitches are always a mystery and this time as well it is handled better only by the home team.

Tbh this Australian inning reminds me of our 36 all out accident, we played some braindead cricket there and the Aussies just returned the favor. Ofc bowling was good in both matches but dumb batting helped in a big way.

Aussie players never had a good defense and their only solution to counter spin was sweeps and reverse sweeps and they lost all their wickets trying to do something that is unconventional and will not work in these sort of pitches .

Also good to see KL taking care of the Australian lead singlehandedly by scoring 1 run.

In the starting of second I thought that Australia is going to won this test match cause they were successfully stuck India in a short range for them  But Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja changed the entire match with their bowling performance. The combined efforts of both of them allowed Australia to be bowled out for just 113 runs in the second innings.  And after getting an easy target, India managed to complete the target in the second innings without pressure.  This Test match was one of the best India Test matches I have seen. India already lead 2-0 in this test series I think they were gana won this Test series.

Once the day's play started it looked interesting as it looked like Australia is in good form. Shortly Travis Head lost his wicket and the best pair Smith and Labuschagne were on the crease. It is predicted that this pair will develop good partnership. Both were on the crease for some time period. However the wicket fall continued and at some point Jadeja began his performance and the entire spell covered by Ashwin and Jadeja. I don't think Australia will loss every match, surely Australia will make a comeback in the next match.

Exactly my point. The pitch was not that bad. It was a good match which could have easily gone till 4th day. It was just that Australia Collapsed too badly this morning. If they would have batted till 200-250 once again, then this match would have easily gone till 4th or 5th day. Also if you see this morning it wasn't that pitch had deteriorated or something. It was a low-bounce pitch since the very beginning, a few balls were coming too low since the first innings. It was bad shot selections that cost India wickets today. I saw a map showing the strike points of Indian batsmen and Australian batsmen and you could easily see the difference. Atleast 4-5 batsmen of Australia got out because of sweeps/ reverse sweeps on the wrong balls. Indian batsmen on the other hand played much less sweeps.

But, you cannot ignore the rumors that India pitches are specially curated to suit spin and low bounce against non-Asian teams. When Dhoni was captaining and Australia was playing similar 4 test series in 2013, there were rumors like he was emailing officials for curating pitches for India team suitable. If the last 2 matches lasted for 4 or 5 days then we cannot weigh those rumors.

Still, as all the countries are doing this similar tactics these days, we need to accept and move-on like advantage of home conditions.

The same folks never watch test cricket in SENA countries or are too blind to notice that every country offers different conditions and different challenges for batters. Every unit need to develop different skillset when touring different countries, that's why there are home-away test series but some folks are too dumb to understand this. IMO this sort of thinking comes from a colonial mentality, Period!

When playing on the home ground there is always advantage. Most of the time while playing away from home ground, the team used to perform very carefully. Even in this match Australia played really well in the first innings and Jadeja did the best in the second innings. By the time Australia didn't had any way to make stand and make more runs.
